I've tried different meditation apps before but this one is easily the best. It's easy to use and offers a lot of insight into different types of meditation. While I learn about it in the beginner course, I also keep coming back to guided relaxations and sleep meditation playlist, they're both incredibly helpful. I really appreciate being able to select different voice guides, it allows for curating the experience to fit anyone's preferences best. Thank you for this app!

I am typically reluctant to purchase subscriptions, but in this case... the full version has really helped me achieve my meditation goals, especially those regarding consistency. Incredible app if you're looking to start a new practice or strengthen an existing one. There are so many different types meditations; users have the ability to customize the meditation depending on type, voice and time. Awesome app. Highly recommend.

Really great app , the meditation sessions are amazing, if you put your dedication, this app will definitely change you as a person. I have been using this for almost 1½ years now and it really has helped me become a better person. The trainers are also really great, the way they narrate and the way they guide you for the session is really really good. If you want to become a better person to and change your life go for this app without a second though.

It's really a useful and considerably simple app. I think in case of meditation, effectiveness and simplicity of the app really matters. I've just completed the 21 days training to build my habit and going to avail other useful trainings now. Guided meditation by the trainers are really well! However, there is no limitations of goodness ;) And that's why I think some improvements like few pieces of more than 30 minutes guided meditation and a section for self esteem & confidence must be added.

I very much love the app! Very accessible to the mass bc you dont have to pay and you just gotta watch the ads and great practices too! But I hope they fix the lag. I dont know if it's my connection but longer meditations take so long and/or not playing in both wifi and mobile data. But the shorter ones like 15 mins less are working tho. Will change my rating into 5 stars once the concern in solved.

I Like the app! Please help me with one bug. I frequently find that the Delta waves for Deep Sleep session stops on its own partway through. When I tap the Play button, it starts again.

I was very happy doing the 31 day fundamentals program, in fact so happy that i decided to purchase 1 year of premium. However as soon as i upgraded, the "Fundamentals" program was removed from my app. So i paid 1 year premum for something that was instantly removed as soon as i paid... EDIT: Developer said this is fixed by going to meditations and swipe to refresh, but this is NOT the case :( Edit:problem is fixed now, happy with the app :)

My first meditation went as well as any meditation I have had. Keep in mind where you are in your practice of meditation will always affect your peacefulness. When I came out of my first day of meditation using Lojong I felt very satisfying sensations and peace throughout my body. It's worth trying if you are looking for a place to start or if you just need another guide.

The exercises really help me ground myself during stressful times and are often short enough to squeeze into a busy day. The reminder notifications can add to alarm fatigue, but overall I've had a good experience with this app. There are short ads before the exercises, which I don't mind as the volume is not excessively loud.

Lojong is really pretty good,and good value. Not something you find everyday on the Web! There are programs and help notes and detailed text explaining why a particular meditation or exercise is good, Though I paid an ordinary subscription, I like the fact that they also a.low some people to use Lojong free (you have to wait and each an advert for a number of seconds until you get the meditation/program etc) This,as much as the excellence of their variety of meditations,mindfulness etc

I have tried a few different meditation apps previously, but just couldn't stick with any of them. Then I had Lojong recommended and I just love it. The instructors are amazing, calming and informative. There are some really nice programs for beginners that take you through step by step what to do, which is great for me and I am thoroughly enjoying working through them.

Excellent app. The meditation progams and single sessions provided are deep and have high quality. It's been more than 2 years that I use the app and it's getting better and better. I can choose from short to long meditation sessions, I can set my own time with the timer resource, and it still offer us the gratitude journal. There are many resources in this app that can help you improve your life, as it did to mine. I use Lojong daily. It is so good that I'm addicted. Can't live without Lojong!

Start. Right here. I have pursued/practised meditation and yoga on and off for years. This put me on a solid path to center this practice in my life. Used originally to unf*ck my mind regarding quitting smoking, and staying quit, now I am grateful truly grateful for this app. Even the adverts (which only come at the beginning, never during practice) are for things that I am interested in. I love the Lojong app. It is so comprehensive, and they have even added more. The one wish I have is that the sleep section (Delta Waves) could be an hour or more instead of only 30 minutes. It often takes me longer to fall asleep.

I will not exaggerate when I say that this app has changed my life in more ways than I could imagine. I started implementing it in my daily excersise routine, quite aware that it's for excersising your mind. It has tought me to build relationships with my emotions rather than fight or trying to run away from the ones that I don't like to feel. It has made me calmer and more present in a moment which is quite a gift actually, not just a cheesy proverb :)

Love this app! You can not go wrong by downloading and using it, defs brings alot of value. I think it would be nice to continously add new meditation sets every other week. Just my personal preference. :) oh, and offline usage would be great too!

I've been using it for about a month and really enjoy it. I find I am looking forward to my time on the meditation cushion. I do wish I could read the automatic messages/reminders that come to my phone. When I click on them it takes me to the app and they disappear! Someone took the time to write them, and I'd like to read them.

I would love for this to be five stars but you'll have to convince me that those a meditation app and not a self help app. A meditation app teaches meditation and the surrounding philosophy. A self-help app lies about all the ways it will help me so that it can sell me something. Which is Lojang? I hope it's a meditation app but I see a lot of stuff that looks like the same self help stuff that other apps peddle. You don't need a sleep section. You don't need meditation for work...
