After I create my account I received an email suggesting me to download the app. Very strange that the link send me to an app in a weird language. After that, I decided to seek for the right app by name. I found this one and download it. But, when trying to make a purchase, it declined two credit cards that I tried to use. Nothing like that has ever happened to me before. And a weird thing with that, is that the app replied once with a message in a lenguage totally different (not Eng or Spa).
Horrible service. I sent a gift and the person never received it because the delivery person left it carelessly at the door in a public place. My gift was not delivered properly in the hands of the person it should, and the company evades its responsibility, but already took my money. Don't trust this app use a more reliable service.
I used this app several times for flower delivery in Ukraine. Most of the time, there were no problems. The last time I used this service, they attempted delivery. I emailed them a new date and time for delivery request, which was the next day. They confirmed my request in a confirmation email. They did NOT complete my delivery. I emailed them again requesting status of my delivery. There was no response and my order in the app just disappeared. I will be using this service ever again.
This app crashes when checking out. I have made this observation previously and nothing has improved since December. It is highly inconvenient to resource to a laptop or PC to make a purchase. PLEASE FIX THE MOBILE APP. I use a Samsung S8 so not sure what is the issue here. Thanks.
Great app. Simple to use. Fantastic content. The Prices are between 1/3 & 1/4 of the cost of other online florists and they charge delivery on top of the cost of the flowers and most don't include a vase as part of the purchase. Unbelievable value.
They ruined my anniversary, an order was placed a week in advance just for them to call me on delivery date to tell me they didnt have it. The only options they offer were to change delivery date or to change product. They also ended up changing the delivery time. It was supposed to go out in the morning but changed to the evening because they didnt have it. Will not recommend this app at all, agents lack empathy and did not care about my order.
The app itself is fine, it is very user friendly! The reason I gave a low rating is for the lack of product that is available at the local level. Valentine's Day 2021, the roses that were delivered to Cancun Mexico were half dead! The flowers should never be delivered in that condition. (March 29,2021) my order failed to deliver as they had none of the product that I order, it's understandable, so I reorder for next day and same thing happened. Tried changing product but no luck there either!
exactly as describe on pictures. i was going to give 4 stars because it didnt arrive at the time they told , also because i wasnt able to comunicate with them. but i gave them 5 stars because they did delivery for free, and probably had many many other orders to deliver. so worth it. i recomend it.
I have used Lolaflora twice for deliveries in Valencia. They have provided a first class, friendly and efficient service and I have no hesitation in recommending them , no matter what language you order in ! I shall use them again next month. They have a wonderful selection for all occasions and very competitive prices .
First time using this app, I was sad I couldn't give anything to a special someone in mexico a day before their birthday, and I found this. And it got even delivered before the estimated delivery timing! Perfect! Thank u so much for the wonderful first experience and no I'm not a robot that's helping them increase their reviews. I ordered a bunch of flowers and it never was delivered, even when I ordered several days in advance. And, when I sent a complaint through the app, I received just an email saying that someone would contact me within 24h, it never happened and I lost my money. Terrible experience.

Works perfectly! Has the addresses saved and all! It would be good to have a functionality where it can save payment methods as well.
You are a professional company, they are taking photo to the flowers before sending it to confirm it, and it was awesome really, it was same of photo on website, they sending it in same selected time, and despite the error in the recipient's address, they still trying to delivering the flowers, try and more try until receiving it finally, i'd like to thank you all in lolafflora Best wishes for your all. Horrible experience, 2 times my order was messed up, the first one chocolates were missing writings and the last one my gift addition was missing and the customer service was useless, 8 days of asking them to deliver the gift and they keep waiting back "we are following up" till I gave up and cancelled the order, I will respectfully not want my bad experience to happen to anyone especially when you are sending a gift with a emotional value therefore I don't recommend their service to anyone.
Previously I had given 5 stars, however now, a several months later, I am reassessing and I am giving 2*. The persons or machines behind the app are simply not replying, there is no way to communicate with anyone and ask about actual status or tracking of the order !
Customer service sucks, I've been trying for the last 24 hours to change the variety of flowers (shop didn't have gerberas on stock). They take forever to reply (on Whatsapp) and every time they change representative I get the same questions agsin: what's your problem, order number, ticket number, how can I help. The whole point of ordering online is that I don't have to go through all this hassle to get something 👎

Don't bother. 1st bunch of flowers arrived and were beautiful. 2nd bunch never turned up, refund requested. Gave them another chance and wish I hadn't bothered. 3rd bunch never turned up either. Lolaflora are great at giving refunds.... I'd give 0 stars if it were possible. Sadly its not.
The app works fine, and the service is great. but the ad algorithm makes me hate it. It's invasive.
Highly recommend! Had some last minute changes to my order the day of delivery and support team was excellent in helping update changes for extraordinary delivery! Excellent service, will definitely use again!!
Awesome, made a last minute order to Santander, Spain. Delivered in the allocated time, no issues at all. Notified every step of the way and the flowers were beautiful. Very happy customer.
The flowers I order were completely different of what this people sent, completely disappointed with that, not quality at all. They delivered on time, but the note and the flowers were completely a cheap product.
Amazed about how easy to order and pay! Just terribly dissapointing that delivery of the flowers never occurred, but they made sure to get the money anyway. Would not recommend this app!
This is a terrible services. I don't know where is the flowers. Super delays in delivering and not one to contact and make a simsim questions. Super bad experience. The app never is download in you phone. Obviously you lostl you money. This is a fake app.anf store. Very very cross with this product. I use to love to deliver flowers to my girlfriend in Mexico via this app, but now it seems everytime I try to order something I get to the buy page,put my card, hit accept, and it just spins nonstop ever completing my order.
Awful. Not a real flower shop. Just a website. They send orders to local shops who may not have the product you ordered. Most orders are cancelled without notice on same delivery date.
I tried to send a gift , today appears as still in process when was expected to arrive from Mach 18-23. The only way to contact Mizu always unavailable due a technical error.
