Used to be a great app before the recent update. Issues with this version: 1. Now it's not available for older Android versions which many people are still using 2. Times out in just a few minutes 3. I got auto logged out and then got blocked when I tried to log back in 4. On the 'login blocked' alert I can't direct dial or even copy/paste the contact number 5. Second time I tried to log back in it says the device is already registered with another username. Please fix ASAP
Working properly, can transfer money any SL bank to bank with free of charge. kindly improve some elements in the app, like fingerprint authentication,dark theme, smooth UI. Overall great service.
Earlier it was the best app, but now there are so many errors ,since the mobile app is not working properly trying to login by a browser, Its more complicated, They are asking to reset the passwords but not accepting any P/W providing.
Happy to say that LOLC is issuing credit card facility for their customers but unfortunately credit card option is not available in the app... I suggest you add credit card service option in the application for convenient of LOLC Credit Card users..... Thank you
Not a single button in the app works. Any time I click anything the app crashes, I can't even log in.

Most user friendly online banking app in SL. You can do a fund transfer even in less than a minute for registered persons in real time

When you open the app the app opens but when you click login the app crashes useless app

Once minimised, the app crashes. Tried several times and can't relogin for 5 minutes. Tried with chrome and same happens. Before it was not like that, app and website doesn't keep cache I think. Kind a disappointment, in this digital age.
