has crashed and wont wotk anymore!

The countdown does not come when I want to check the arrival of bus.

I am able to see how long I have to wait to catch a bus when travelling about.

Handy never lets me down when travelling

This was a great app until the upgrade. Now its very slow, you can't save favourites and does not refresh. This does nothing to add value to customer service. In fact it's the opposite unhelpful and frustrating. Whoever decided to do this needs sacking. The current rating for this app is based on a previous version and does not reflect the poor quality of this app. Thank you to a previous reviewer for a good alternative. Do not waste your time downloading this .

Good when it's works. Not sure if it's the app that fails from time to time or the people that upload the info onto it. Nevertheless it's a good app, works much more often than not. I have noticed that someone has written, buses turn up which are not shown on this app. I notice this when I've decided to walk because I dont want to wait 30 minutes. Then like magic a bus passes me on my walk. Dam it, walking in the rain.

Once the tfl update came onto this app it has been useless. Having to click through 3 screens just to see when your bus is coming rather than one screen as before. Favourites do not save and as of 3 days ago cannot even access the app. Have removed and found a better app now.

What was an amazing, simple to use, efficient and reliable app has now been turned into a barely functional inaccurate one. The recent changes, which now loads up what seems like a Web browser, has caused major problems with loading and efficiency. Stops are no longer saved and the general navigation through out has been hampered.

Infuriating. Inaccuarate. Google maps is better. This app has actually made many of my journeys longer by providing inaccurate information. Like telling me the bus I want isn't coming for 14 minutes so I change routes, and hence bus stop, only to see the first bus glide past moments later while the second bus pulls a disappearing act.

Until the latest update that replaced the plain UI with the London transport website. It's super slow now. And not even favourites button works anymore. Feel like I'd better just use the browser, as I'd at least able to favourites my stops then.

I have been using this app for ages but in the last month or so it is completely useless. Doesn't find you, let alone the buses close by. Can not find the live bus count down. Also doesn't work at storing past bus routes. So useless am deleting it. Why touch something that worked well and change it to this useless version!. Certainly would not recommend now..

This app has been replaced by the TFL website. As a result, the app has become slow and hard to navigate through. I advise to download the free app: 'Bus Times London Live Route'. It does the job quickly and very easy to navigate :)

You have made this app complicated and impossible to navigate. It is not user friendly at all. All I wanted was to find out bus times and instead I get a load of other stuff that is not relevant. I have now downloaded another app that is exactly what I wanted. Take it back to what it originally was when it did what it was ment to do

This used to be a very user friendly app, that I had rated 5 stars. Since the transfer to tfl it is clumsy and the favourites function does not work. I still use it but it frustates me every time i have to go through the process of finding my regular stops.

No effort whatsoever made, literally just the TFL website while the 'developer' creams off banner ad revenue. Insulting to actual app developers who make apps with really nice interfaces. Try Citymapper or Live London Bus Tracker which have really nice interfaces and the same data.

So there I am at the bus stop, the bus still hasn't arrived so I whip out me phone coz I have this app installed. Pfffff actually this app is usless unless you subscribe to BT wifi for a fee of course. Bus did eventually come along...moral to this episode is, be patient coz the bus will come alpng and you will realise this app is a waste of time and expectations ;?/

Used to be really good small simple app until a few months ago, when they turned it into a link to their web site where you have to spend a minute or two navigating to the live bus times page (the app stayed same, the functionality changed). On my Gingerbread phone, hardly does anything at all, buttons dont work on web pages, but at least the site buttons etc work on lollipop tablet. Dont waste your time on this, simply favourite the tfl live countdown webpage in your browser, will save you quite some time and at least it will work on Gingerbread. Uninstalled, and good riddance, wish I could give zero stars.

Totally ruined a nice little app with a flashy data chomping upgrade. Not at all clear on my small screen, lags terribly and won’t save my stops to favourites. TFL, please re-release the old version. I just need to know when the bus will arrive, I don’t need a slow loading map, I know where I am (most of the time!) and I don’t want to text you for the info either, I had an app for that.

Since the update this app has made me miss buses, late for work, and plummited down the list of useful apps.. whoever rewrote this app needs sacking, there are much better apps now, dont waste your time on this one.

Was the best countdown app before the latest update. Now it just links to the tfl website which is very slow and hard to navigate. I think tfl are to blame as I think they have made changes to block apps serving as an interface to their website. This is a shame because it has rendered this app useless and I will now uninstall. So much for progress... P.S. For anyone looking for a similar app to how this used to be London Bus Pal is your best bet (it includes a Favourites Bus Stop list)

This app doesn't recognise Bus routes W9 or W8 which is a pain because they are widely used routes in Enfield - not exactly the back of beyond but a large London Borough! My local rail station is Grange Park on the Hertford North to Moorgate line but it only recognises Woodgrange Park . This makes this app totally useless for me!

This is quite useful but it is annoying that I can't save my favourite stops. There is a star icon that says it wil tell you more about favourite stops etc. but when you go to the list and select bus nothing happens. Some other areas ate unresponsive too. Also, why when you have accepted cookies on on opening the app does it continually ask you every page you visit?

I really love this app. It made my life and journeys very easy & Help me more Punctual. It was really hard taking kids out & about, especially School going was always a trouble in various weather conditions. Now it saved my time, Energy & hassel. Thanks a Lot.

The predicted waiting times for the P12 are shockingly inaccurate. I assume this is because my stop is close to the start of the route, but I don't see this as an excuse. Something needs to be sorted out because it's incredibly frustrating and inconvenient

The old layout was a 5* but then they changed the layout. Now using the app takes longer as most recent searches no longer appear
