London Commuter uses Transport For London (TFL) to determine how long your journey will take and the next few departure times from your designated station or stop. The app can be used to check journey times across many modes of transport provided by TFL including rail, tube and bus.
Information from TFL is aggregated with additional information from National Rail Enquiries to let you know whether your National Rail leg(s) of your journey are affected by delays.
Live Departures
National Rail Enquiries is the source of the information for Live Departures allowing you to check the trains leaving any station nationwide.
Journey Planner
Journey Planner is great for checking any journeys across London before you travel. Information from both Transport For London and National Rail Enquiries is combined to give you a better indication of any travel disruptions.
Bus Checker
Bus Checker allows you to check which buses are arriving at your chosen stop in real time. This information is queried from TFL and displayed on a map.

There's always delays due to congestion, signal failures, etc. so it's really handy to know how long you're actually going to take to get to work. I would really love if the developer would add a way of editing existing alerts. The only way I could do this was to delete and create a new one.
