Application was designed for older versions of Android. UI is misleading and doesn't work as expected, both blue and red passes use similiar application design.

Waste of money, didn't work half the time, they customer service was unavailable 70% of the time and just unhelpful the other 30%. Lesson learned to never buy this pos again

Easy to use if you follow the instructions in the email upon purchase of passes. Got email within 3 mins of purchase.
Fantastic app. Thought it was taking a while to get email for e-tickets but was just in junk folder. App itself has so much useful information such as the tube map. Hughly recommend when traveling to London.
