Tip: before you start typing, the search dialog shows your top three 'My places'. Sort 'My places' using the grabbers on the right of the screen to get home, work, etc. in the top three.

Useless. Opened for the first time and it says it has no connection while I'm at home on wifi. Which was strong enough to download it in 2 seconds.
Like many other users, in I found app no longer connecting to data when it was clearly available to every other app. Shame, because this was my go-to London travel app but is now utterly useless.
What happened to this brilliant journey planner. The compass can't locate my position anymore nor accept my address input.
The widgets are good. It used to be the best London transport app but no longer. It doesn't work at all now, no connection.
Current version not connecting. Used to be a great little app, nicely displaying real-time data. Now whether I'm on WiFi or data it just reports that there is no connection.
Only practiced with this so far.... it doesn't work offlinè which limits its usefulness for me, but saves to SD card so I have kept it for now. If offline function was added I'd give it 5 stars.
Used this for years, but now getting the "no data connection" error like lots of other people. Please fix this quickly!
It used to work but now there is no connection to the network.if fixed than I update the stars as well
Loved this app for live bus times but now it just says no connection when I try to access bus times
As a few others have mentioned, I was using this regularly up until recently when I'm told there's no connection, even when I'm at home with WiFi!
Thankfully a recent update fixed the data connection problems. Great app.

"No connection"
Now it gives error of "Sorry, No suitable itineraries could be found. Do you want to visit Tfl web service for more options?" No I don’t! I want to use YOUR APP that's what I paid for. This error appears no matter how simple the planned journey is. Even if it means just taking a bus down the road. And before you ask. Yes I DO have all journey options ticked.
Used to work well but now completely useless. Every single postcode I put in sends me in to the same point in central London.
Have used this app when going anywhere in London. Does what I need it to do, and in a simple and easy way. Would probably give 5 stars of the app would work offline - when underground it's difficult to get online, which is when you need this app the most.
Used to work well and was a useful utility. It's now lost the ability to access data connection. Uninstalled & reinstalled, but same problem. Developer now fixed, so reinstating stars - thanks for the great response!
Sadly no real options to set preferences coming to bus only etc. The cheap look I can get used to yet it's not useful
This was a brilliant app until a few days ago when it started to say 'No connection'. As I have had no response from the developer and the website is also down I assume they have stopped maintaining the application. Would have been nice to have been given notice as I have recently paid for another year. 14 March 18 update - Contacted by developer and issue has now been resolved
