Available for a trial period of 21 days only which wasnt clear when I set it up. Now asks to buy the full version which I would consider depending on the price (which isnt listed anywhere) but it appears the full app isnt available so I can't buy it even if I wanted to! Basically a waste of time.
Wasn't clear it was a trial version. Doesn't let you go past the pay screen without paying for the app when the trial expired. I'd rather delete my account and get rid of the app but can't delete my details because I have to pay first!! Security fail
Not really a good idea to change a free app into a paid 1, especially when you already have a paid version, would have been better to provide just basic features, i.e. balance & journey history, then charge for the extras, now using easyoyster. All the best though! Thank you
I downloaded this app to be able to see my contactless spending but even though I logged in and could see my oyster card, my contactless card did not show. When I clicked add card, I can see my existing contactless card as well. A bit disappointed in the app
No mention of a trial. I'm not paying to check my balance which can be done easy by the internet. Make it worthwhile paying for
Every button on contactless screen simply loads a webview with a tfl.gov.uk 404 error. Widget also force closes when I add it to my home screen.
Great app but after 21 days they make you pay for it, this was not made clear at all
Solid app, so far shows correct information when connected to TFL's Oyster online service. The NFC option is useful to launch the app, even though it can't read the card data (encrypted). I would like to see a refreshed UI in general, and having a bigger display for the Oyster card balance would be great. Keep up the good work!
This app is useless because you can't use phone as Oyster card
Is it possible to use this app. INSTEAD of the physical Oyster Card, to Touch In and Touch Out of the Underground if I have a weekly travel card payed ? Or for weekly travel card, only the physical card has to be use for Touch In & Touch Out ? Thank you
I can't tell if this app will allow me to use the tube with my phone (by using NFC) . Why isn't it clear?
Bought this app and downloaded on my old phone but won't let me transfer app to new phone and asking me to buy again. Why??? when I bought it already? No details how to transfer app. Not pleased. Can you advise how I transfer to my new phone as I don't wish to but again.

Are you kidding me, I pay to use the transport system the app therefore should be free, never heard of something so ridiculous in my life - who's idea was it to charge for use of the app. We should charge you for installation on our phones, and I'm sure public money has been used on the development of this application.!
Everytime I go to YouTube this app opens up. All I want is to check my balance when I need to check it. It also seems to open up randomly through out the day :(
...I was hoping to be able to use this app with my phones NFC and oyster season ticket for journeys. From what I can see there's nothing different from what's on the tfl website, does the paid version let you use your phone for journeys? It's not clear from reading the description.
First of all, the app is NOT free, it is a 21 day trial. Secondly, it does not show journeys for last two days. It is better to use Tfl website. Free and fast.
It's telling me it's expires in 21 days why is this I download it for free no charge no one should have to pay
Should be able to use the NFC technology as Oyster card when we are registered with that card, and we have the application. At the moment we can use this for information only. Think about. Thank you anyway.
I already pay for my oyster card, why would I pay for this app when it is just as easy to go online for free.

No chance! Why would I pay for an app that basically ports the website to your phone. Time to find another app.
I use to love this app, but now all i can see is login failed. No issues on Tfl web site tho. Please get your act together and sort this app out.
I paid for this all but it says that it has expired because my free trial has run out. I want my money back if that's the case!
Absolutely rubbish can't log in keeps telling me login failed and I know my own email address and password!!!!

It isn't fancy-smanchy and it doesn't need to be, "it does what it says on the tin". What WAS NOT made clear was that this would only be free on a trial basis. I went to check my account today I was told I had to upgrade to a paid version. If this HAD been made clear I would have looked for an alternative.
