Useless app. Cycle / dock number wrong, gps wrong. Honestly, you are better off using google maps. To date, this free app cost me over £5 in late charges.
It's only to see if there are available bikes, you can not actually rent a bike from this app.. it doesnt work at all.

Lost a lot of functionality since previous version of the app. Now no point in using it. Pity
The original santander app is my h better. This is a really bad experience.
Just use it to let me know where the bikes are, which it does perfectly well.
There are no help or directions as to what the symbols mean. There needs to be a way to report back malfuntioning key pads or cycles.
The app works okay for me, but it requires Internet connection (either WiFi or cellular), there is no way to save the map for offline use. Also the map view is not the prettiest, but it does its job.
The red colour is hard to see. The 1 and 0 bikes/docks available look very similar but are worlds apart in outcomes! How about making them different colours. At night I keep finding areas that all have red numbers and I can't easily spot which have bikes. Nobody cares about the total bikes / docks are available! If you must show the totals double the size of the available bikes & docks font so I don't have to get my glasses out every time. More favourites categories would help too.
