London Transport Planner

Not sure why this app has such a low rating. For a visitor to London like myself, it's provided great detail in helping me plan my way around, including that all important cost. Ok, so other apps have given me different connection stations, but I trust this more because of the extra information that runs side by side with the journey planner.

Having a bus and tube app is invaluable if you live in London. The functionality of this one is ok, but I got hacked off by the lengthy video advertising. I have switched to Bus Countdown where that isn't a problem and I find the app more intuitive anyway.

Can you update the tube map please as it doesn't show the two new additional stations at Battersea Power Station etc on the Northern Line. Had to go elsewhere to double check I hadn't made it up!! Ta.

Shows the London Underground Map which is great, And even when the bus arrives which is the problem this is why I'm giving it a 4 starts instead of 5 because it just sometimes is incorrect and for example it says 3min But we wait around 8min. This app is still not that bad it has a plan your journey to.

Sometimes when you want to see the bus time, you cannot, it basically shows the routes panel rather the timing one and it is really frustrating.

Poor. Consistently misses out travel options. Not sure if they have dodgy APIs or are missing APIs to key providers, but it's just unreliable

More interested in making sure you can't ignore the many ads than providing a good clear inclusive service for customers. Does not take account of Overground NR routes and instead of delivering the most direct route will show routes that are slower but less crowded. Does not show options just one suggestio

Just spent a week in london and having downloaded this app. I found it really easy to use. And would recommend. 👍

sometimes inaccurate. often doesnt give the best journey. and the film adverts are really irritating as im sometimes in a rush so really dont want to wait for a long advert

This App has now just stopped working.... It's just not showing any information. No status updates, station info or route plans

This app is trash. Might as well call it adware because if you need to know train departures fast you're out of luck....have to watch a stupid ad first!

Useless. Try to login you get stupid pictures to identify. So you go through with it and then it asks again and again and again in an infinite moronic loop. Avoid

Since latest update the app is crashing when I open it. Flashes to try then closes. Can't use at all now.

Very useful app. I was stuck at harrow on the hill during a defective train and this gave me all the info I needed. Highly recommend

It will sometimes leave you hanging by saying this bus stop does not serve tfl routes. The fix is to get Citymapper.

Up to date info 24hrs a day. Invaluable!

Oyster card option appears to be there just to torment you. No I'm not a robot and how many pictures either board, bicycles, trains etc do you want me to identify before I can access my account?

Its is running slow hate this app now 😡😡😡

Please put back the National rail map on the app

This app is usually good and handy when it works, when I go to login to top-up my oyster I get stuck on the Verification Screen (I am human screen). It works when I'm using Internet Browser. Sort it out please.

The tube map is out of date!

I don't know what developer's where thinking with the last update but it's now rubbish

This review is for since the update. The journey history isn't showing or when it does, it's not updated. The previous version was much better as it was almost instantaneously updated. Pls fix it as I need it to know how much in total spent for the day. Thank you.

Too many bugs, glitchy, freezes, stop working, all the adds work perfect tho, been the same for months, works 10% of the time

Fix the bug please. Cannot use it anymore. Keeps asking me to play stupid game to win an iphone

Adverts too intrusive. Overlay to entire screen and they make noise. Deleting

At Clapton rail station looking for the train to Chingford. CANCELLED it says 6 minutes from departure time but this app gave me no indication of the cancellation either on the planning your journey part or the travel update part. No info At station or app about the next train. ...... will it come or ? Not good enough.
