Awesome multifunctional LBT app I tried different bus apps and this one is great because it has real time info, maps, bus stops, and schedule tables all in one, and it lets you reorder saved favorites. Would be nice to be able to group the favorites and access the schedule tables offline in case you're stuck in a tunnel with no service and need to plan where to transfer. Otherwise, great app!

I love that I can buy tickets immediately on this app! Two things I don't like about the app. 1) constantly having to verify my phone #. I just had to verify again as I was getting on the bus and inadvertently activated 2 tickets for 1 ride. 😡 2) I wish it was easier to check on when a bus is arriving at a stop. I check via Google because it's easier and quicker.

The app is fantastic. It's completely replaced Google Maps for my commutes. But for the love of God give us the ability to control the amount of notifications we get. I don't need a countdown of every stop on my way to work, its very annoying.

This app makes me look like a public transport superhero. I’m super impressed by how well it works offline (no connection) - pretty much all the functionality is there except for real time updates. And it only took 14 MB of storage! Truly magic technology.

I find it quick and easy to find and purchase bus tickets, to see journey times and changes where required. I don’t understand all the different off peak time zones etc and simply purchase the cheapest ticket. keep up the good work!

There is no way to just look at times. The bus tracker doesn't do anything when you click on a stop. Can't even get past the route finder because I would need to know the stop number of where I am getting off. Also, not sure why this app would need access to my camera. Way to complicated and requires too much info just to get started.

Old faithful, you could call it, probably the most reliable app I have. I have used it probably as long as its been around, more than 2 years im sure. This app gives real GPS, some other apps seem to just go by the schedule and put a timer on it.

I always loved the app. It is the best app for Long Beach transports according to me, and now that they just released a new design for the entire app, it’s so beautiful and simple, I love it even more!! Honestly, Bravo to the team behind this app, keep up the good work!

This app is perfect for buying bus tickets on the go as needed. Quick and easy to use. It works fine on my Samsung phone. I also had my parents install it and it is great for when they visit in the city. It eliminates the need for them to have a Clipper and worry about the cash value remaining.

From an CA local: The LBT app is the best thing since sliced bread. No more having to find a store nearby to get change. And the app even works on an old Android version albeit somewhat slow, but it works.

It's super handy when it works. But sometimes it randomly crashes when your trying to purchase a ticket and loses your payment info. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall the whole thing.

Can't live without it! I grew up in CA and I take the bus every single day, so to say I use the app frequently is an understatement! I've used LBT app for years (and this is after trying a bunch of other apps). I happily pay for LBT app because after it's done so much for me for free, it's the least I can do for LBT app. When I had a problem, they reached out to me personally and found a solution within the hour. I love this app more than I love myself!

The route maps are not available. When I tried to use a pass on the bus two problems occurred: (1) the bus driver did not know about the app or how to process the ticket; (2) received the message "Internal Server Error". I spent 32 minutes on and off hold with a pleasant customer service representative who could not get the issue resolved. I think the rep was not at fault - this app is not ready for public use.

Ticket purchase worked well for me. I used credit card, ticket was issued, ticket activation worked well, after expiration of the ticket it was removed. So, everything worked well. I have bought about 10 tickets already using this app, no problems.

The developers are basically the most unhelpful people I have ever worked with. I am unable to buy single ride tickets because their app isn't working. They tell me to buy a different ticket, ie a more expensive ticket, because there is nothing they can do to fix it. They offer no troubleshooting or anything. I am very disappointed, LBT should be ashmed to work with such a horrid developer

For someone not used to using any form of public transportation, this app played a critical role in my ability to easily and confidently navigate the buses around LB! I’ll definitely use it again for future adventures!

The new routes make riding the bus much more convenient. Thanks to LBT for implementing so many positive changes in record time. My experience with bus service & the others is almost always great!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Long Beach Transit for helping locate a personal belonging I left on the route bus. When I realized it was gone I sent an FB message asking if it had been found. Despite it being Friday night at almost 11pm, I got a reply very quickly. The person replying contacted the night supervisor. I asked if I could please have a message tonight if they found it and 20 minutes later they did just that. They found my item, contacted me to let me know it was found. Thanks

This app makes me look like a public transportation superhero. It’s super intuitive and fast and gives me very clear information on routes and times. A must.

On time, simple interface As on time as LBT app can be at least. It also usually finds the closest stop to you, so as long as you're familiar with the route it's fantastic.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this app deserves it. First class and it’s really helpful in Long Beach area. It helped me find new routes that saved me tremendous time and hassle.

Very useful app, helps get you to where you need to go with ease. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody who uses public transit to get around Long Beach

This app seems to have developed and improved, keeping up to date with my changing needs. We seem to get the best available fares each time too.
