Totally frozen doesn't work. Contacted three times for refund.Your support team have refused to issue a refund or issue instructions to fix, asking me 'what is wrong with me' and have refused to issue a refund. Saying the Google Policy says no refunds. Where is that policy? This is illegal.
Paid for the Pro version. Converted a 2 mins plus video It was cut into 9 segments and the video uploads are not in sequence.
when I upload each split part of the video, the first part would play fine but then the rest of the parts doesn't play and just lags.
Doesn't work. It spliced my videos into 15 sec videos but the videos were choppy, would skip and uploaded out of order into Instagram.
It does cut the video into 15 second clips but doesn't put them in order and some of the videos freeze
Stories are 15 seconds now. Wish i had read the reviews. I bought it and got stuck as this app only cuts to 10 second stories. Developer, care for an update ?
Tried splitting a video into 16 second clips... but everything past the first clip is unreadable by Instagram
Didnt work, created my segments with stuttering and repeated audio, not a clean export at all..waste if toime
I paid for pro, and it cuts the videos which I selected to be 15 seconds into like 1/2 a second and glitches out.
Wouldn't do anything so PAID for the upgrade and still won't work. I can't upload a video and I want my money back.

Every time I cut the video the forst half is fine but second or third half just glitches 🖕

A damn disaster!! It cuts the video into segment so that part was true but then the clips skip and freeze and I ended up having to screen record and trim them in order to post them. The app is make it easier not create more steps!! This is a terrible app please don't download it.
