Longview CitySend is a free, mobile resource provided by the City of Longview, Texas. This app allows residents to identify issues and report service requests from a smartphone. Requests are submitted directly to city staff, and a service request tracking number is provided to track progress. The Longview CitySend App makes it simple to upload photos of the issue as well. Tonight my cat was hit & left to die alone. Ferious and heartbroken when i saw the two skid marks from Humble St., and stop at two ft over her body. ...i dont understand why people have to speed down this road, they have already almost hit my niece and neighbors friend before. I realized tonight there are no street lights, no exscuse... but i came across this app and now i know where i can report danger zones for our kids and family pets.. whats worst she just had kittens 😥😥 thank you guys

Every Tuesday is our neighborhood regular trash pickup day. So on yesterday February 18 my son's were nice enough to take the the trash to the street even though my dads residence is an assist pick up meaning that the trashcan stays in the yard by the house and the workers has to come in the yard and pull it all.the way to the street. After my sons were so nice and sacked everything neatly the fat trash guy rudely told my sons he wasn't taking the vacuum cleaner box and said it was bulk. One box and small travel bag was bulk. So I call Sanitation explained to JACKIE what was going on and she specifically told me that all of it would be picked up later that day and if not call back first thing in the morning they would be back Wednesday and pick it up. So I called Wednesday this nice lady not JACKIE NOR VANESSA but she called the fat guy on the radio and I heard his :entire conversation about what he claimed he told my so but he lied. My point is we were told our trash would be removed Wednesday but he made a demand to to to other dispatcher that no body wasn't coming back for a whole another week. Ty hats unsanitary and unethical and if I have to get board of directors from the bank I work at to get something done about the fat lazy guy that didn't want to move an empty vacuum cleaner box and and another Sanitation worker did and happy to do it with no problems then that's what I'll do. Not embarrassing our neighborhood because the fat dude dont wanna work.

This app works like a charm....but only because the city actually responds to EVERY request. Our street has been cleaned up of sanitation carts left out 24/7, illegal parking, and trash left on the curb all week. Thanks, Longview!
