Loocam

I like it. It works great for me. I always see live view when I want to, initially, there were issues, but they corrected them all. However, I'll like Loocam to include the option to revise/rewind/fast forward the events on my camera right in the app, that is very important to me, especially when I know that some other brands have that feature.

I like the search features. It would be nice that when the app is opened that live views of the cameras is displayed instead of a still past picture this would save time for verifying that all the cameras are working. Instead each camera has to be opened one at a time. This feature is available on the app RXCam View.

The app works great When it's working. Half the time it says "Device is Off-line" even when it's not, so in actuality it works half the time. When it is working it does what its suppose to do. Clear picture, able to rewind, and easy to locate activity, etc.

Had an issue (my own lack of knowledge) and CS was extremely responsive and helped me figure it out right away. It's no $1000 system but for what I've got in it (less than $300) you can't beat it. I have recommended to multiple friends.

I can access the cameras remotely. EMail notifications are overwhelming no matter how tight I set the exclusion areas, unless I have misunderstood the documentation. Their support is top notch!

app does what it was meant to do, not a bad app but only wish there were more options available Update: After the new update the app won't open and keep on crashing if it does Please fix this, updated review (15-6-20) after the update that they made I find this app to be much more responsive and I like the fact that you can view more than one camera at once. Good job!

Camera keeps going offline it is very frustrating.

Can't get the app to work at all! Every time I try to register I get a time out error! Pretty frustrating that there is no phone number to call just an email address to wait around for a response on.

It needs to be more reliable. It doesn't always send a notification when motion is detected. Make it to where you can delete more then 1 notification at a time.

When it works it's good. But that's very seldom. What good is an app if it doesn't allow you to view remotely. It only works when I'm connected to the same router but not via data.

For a free app, it works pretty good. Can see the cameras, but have to toggle each individually to get live view.

I read reviews and I saw that other folks did not like the app and I did see that some people were pleased with it so I said I needed to get to the bottom of this. I called customer service and I couldn't get anybody right away but within a half an hour unless someone call me back and the gentleman "Nick" was so helpful in getting me up and running with the app and it works wonderfully. I was away from my home I turned the app on I saw my cameras live. I am very pleased.

So far I am loving my new cameras and I am slowly getting to know how this works and when I do I can give you my honest opinion and how they work during the day-and-night. The only problem I have is the wiring if you made it half as long and then if u needed more you can add on to it because some cameras you don't need as much where other cameras just might need a little bit more or make it kit so you can customize your wiring to fit and not have all that extra wiring that you have to hind

App causes my DVR to freeze up when I try to accesses it remotely. My actual DVR FREEZES UP!! I have to unplug the DVR and plug it back up to unfreeze it!!!

Horrible. Will not alloe ke to login. Will not allow me to change me password. Technical support is no help at all. They gave me a password to login with that did not work. No phone tech help, only email. Do not buy this product!

During setup the box for use password anytime accessing system so I have no access except on the phone app... Have tried to get it reset but absolutely no help.

Really good set up and easy to use. Video quality is a little foggy at times but, I believe it's my device.

I love the camera system for the price you can't beat it software could be a little more user-friendly it could use an upgrade other than that love it quality is beautiful excellent night visions badass

I like the camera system. Foggy at times and a shadow line runs through 2 of them. Not sure what that is about.

Garbage audio doesn't work the app doesn't do live feed half the time and date and time never stay correct I will be buying a better system from a different company this system is a flat out joke don't buy it's a waste of your 💰 🗑️ 💰 🗑️

This app is very very slow compared to other apps I've used.Ibtakes for ever to load.this app is not user friendly either I highly recommend for a big update to make it faster and easier -6000 stars worst app
