Worst app ever! Very slow, takes a long time to do anything meaningful. I downloaded it because of the discount but I can't even use it. Keeps telling me payment wasn't processed even after trying several visa cards. I have always used the website and it works very fine, but now the the prices of products on the website are higher than on the app. It is very frustrating

It used to work ok. Very slow to process any amendments to the basket, but still eventually working. Now it logged me out, and I cannot log back in. It's frozen on the login screen. It also crashes. I like the experience of the app and the possibility to check the weekly offers, but the freeze and crash is super annoying. Please fix.

The app is awful. I've seen past reviews, it clearly hasn't been fixed. It freezes & really hard to navigate. I had to turn my phone off twice to do what I needed to do. I was initially in a loop with Gocertify for health workers.Then couldn't get back to basket so readded items JUST to get to basket & then it wouldn't let me remove the duplicate! So phone off & on again! I'll be deleting this app now I've ordered. 2 hours of my life I'll never get back!As a company tho great service, no issues.

The worse app I have used so far: the response time ridiculously long, return button deletes the choice of filters, basket icon at the bottom of the page leads to a content different than View your basket button visible after adding a new product, but the worse - it didn't allow me to use the discount for new customers, which was sent to me just at the beginning of the shopping. Rather frustrating :(

The basket doesn't update very well when you add items to it. I've had to fully exit the app and reload it for the basket to refresh properly. The overall experience on the app is quite buggy. If it weren't for the tempting discount codes, I would stick with the website version.

Started out promising... All in GBP... Then all of a sudden my basket was empty and currency stuck in USD. Can't use the app as basket keeps saying there is nothing in it even though I've added the same products multiple times. It actually states it's easier in app on website and tried to get you to download the app before entering the site. Couldn't be more unhappy with the experience to be honest.

1st time using the app and I'm amazed I had the patience to persevere through to purchase. its easy to find products but almost impossible to amend the quantity you want to order. It offers you a discount code if you download the app - which doesn't work. Then if offers a new customer discount code - which also doesn't work.

The website itself is great, has a lot of products and sells them at very good and affordable prices. The app?? It bugs constantly, logs me out, turns my screen black all of a sudden, closes on its own, it's veeery slow to open anything... Better stick to the web 🤷🏻‍♀️

I usually ordered from the website for many years and saw that if I were to download and shop on app I'll get 25%off, and so I did. It checked me out on full amount giving discount at all no matter where i look. I do need the products so its OK but kinda felt deceived a little.. 😂

I don't understand why there are 1* reviews saying the app is lagging or people cannot change their basket, it works perfectly fine for me everytime and have never had these issues...bizzare. I have used Myprotein and Zavvi from THG for many years, as well as Lookfantastic recently, because I always get a seamless smooth service and quick delivery. 5* no issues.

It's been almost 2 hours. Will I ever be able to get through checkout? Who really knows. I've closed and reopened the app several times now, just to get it to work. It also keeps adding products to my basket, which, in order to remove, I have to go through the off and on again process yet again. The discount code for using the app isn't even worth it, as it only applies to products with an RRP, which, considering how awful the app is, you can't really find/shop for. Who okayed this app?!

Bugs are unbearable. Have not received the discount offers it advertises, seems like a marketing tool to just get you to download the app. Basket and home page keeps crashing. Annoying experience in general, would rather use the website.

It's a new app, so there are a few teething problems. User interface is kinda messy and it takes multiple clicks to remove anything from your basket.

crashing aaallll the time!! when you try to log in, or to add discount code, or to finish purchase, or you get notified about some new sale and try! to open it. app closes itself every single time immediately. bravo! 🤣

I love it. Easy to use, your items do not disappear from basket every time we close the app and not finish browsing other products. love their discount codes. One of my favourite apps. Thanks .

abysmal customer service, terrible delivery waits, sometimes u pay for order and wait weeks for its arrival and it arrives smashed. lookfantastic will only offer you account credit and god forbid you bought the item on sale u end up with not enough credit to repurchase the damaged item and out of pocket.. this has happened more than once.. the only positive is they always have sales on and some beauty products are cheaper here

Downloaded this app (which isn't really an app, it's just a cheap web site viewer) to get the offered discount of 22%. No discount was available. And yes, the notifications were turned on.....

i love look fantastic, i spend hundreds on the website. but this app was infuriating. i had to refresh the page every time i wanted to navigate to another page. drove me bonkers to the point where i gave up.

I have no idea why but the app hangs every time I try to sign in. I downloaded the app for easy shopping but if I can't even log in there isn't a point of using the app. Otherwise, Look fantastic is an awesome platform for me to shop 🥲

The app is a nightmare. Not updating, not accepting codes, a mix of adding too many items to basket or none. This app needs so much work..... I think I would rather pay full price elsewhere

Good, clear and quick ! After reading a few reviews I was a little reluctant to download- the offer of Olaplex 3 on your first order through the app def helped tho 😜

They clearly don't want my money I have spent the last few hours trying to check out my cart and it keeps glitching back to the login page. How can you have an in app promo code when you can't buy anything with the app????!!!!???

Supposed to get 20% off code for installing. Notifications were all on. Nothing received, app acting like it was the website. No other codes worked either. Also a bit slow and screen too busy. Waste of time.

Had issues with the app when I first used it. Also unhappy with the misleading advertising to download app and use APP22 to receive 20% off first order. My items didn't apply, and I was offered 5% at the shopping basket

I like this online store it has good deals but the app has its frustrations, mainly as you cannot remove something from your basket so this is a bug that needs to be fixed.

This app is absolutely garbage. I've tried to place an order so many times now, but it keeps crashing when I'm trying to log in.

App was not responding and had to restart many times. It also did not allow me to use the 25% off which was suppose to be applicable for those who downloaded the app.

they promise 22% off first time order on the app, nope not true, after contacting customer service still haven't got the discount. deleting it straight away.

they said they will offer 22% off when you download the app and guess what it didn't apply to my £133 order. funny enough, isn't it?! I will uninstall it

The app has many bugs. It functions like a website and it keeps logging me off and is generally confused about logons. I like what Lookfantastic have to offer, but I wish the app was more user friendly before they launched it. Room for improvement for sure.
