It's the best around.!. I know I do like it.!. It works well, now it does have its week spots stopping at times and let's the bugs on in & It doesn't always work@times?!… Like it scannes all but misses bugs at times & only sees them after the fact it has gotten the cell phone bugged?? why's is that?? How is that possible?? Why couldn't it stopped all the bugs now right from the beginning start?! I have gotten bugged out with it on working!?… WoW!!?…😠😞😠😞?!?… Maybe it's needs updating needing!?
I'm giving a bad review of this app, for it never gives me any notifications and I have no idea if it is working or not. This especially concerns me after reading comments by others claiming that their coverage goes on and off without warning. Yes, I have checked to see if I have my notifications turned on(popup and sound). Samsung Galaxy 9.
I cannot find how to add an app to a safe list. It is blocking an app that IS safe, one I have used for years. Even though I click 'proceed' to continue to the app anyway, it it is still being blocked! I need this fixed and I cannot find any contact info or way to email support.
It used to be reliable but recently VPN is giving daily notifications that it is disconnected. For a paid service ie Premium. Not good enough. Rapidly losing confidence in this app. Will definitely be looking for a more reliable alternative
This extension prevents users from using their phone as a mobile hotspot. The extension needs to be turned off so there's no VPN interference. My phone also works loads better since turning it off.
Doesn't work well on my Samsung J7. I've been getting scams and disturbing messages, never had to deal with before. Manual updates doesn't work unless I turn off security. Recently searched the web and the site kept coming in a different language that I did not recognize
I keep having problems with this app all of a sudden. I can't click on anything in this app for the second time. My phone clicks on everything else but this app and i pay for the premium service. I am getting annoyed with this. Its a huge inconvenience.
Decreases loading speed. With this enabled it takes forever to open web pages. When I turn "Safe Browsing" off...It automatically restarts. V. Frustrating. BUT it does work, at least.
I have liked this app for years. Just need you to do one thing. Make it so once we read a breach report that the notification goes away. I have had a persistent notification for your app, on the app badge, for about a year now. It is annoying.
I thought this was a good app until today when I got a notification that an app was a threat as of 11 MONTHS AGO! In that 11 Months I have checked on this app several times to make sure everything was ok. Apparently this app does not work if it takes 11 Months to notify someone that there's a threat.
WELL NO WONDER NOTHING WORKS!! HASNT BEEN UPDATED SINCE DEC. 2017!! 😠 Gee...I dont get notifications either! Just recently had my paypal debit card hacked from my phone WITH BOTH LOOKOUTS INSTALLED, ON & NO DETECTION of all my funds DEPLETED!! Maybe this isnt a good app after reading all the other reviews!!🤔
App has completely impeded my phone from recieving gmail's. Notifications from app do not function. AT&T customer service concurs unable to rectify issues and unable to uninstall. Simply throwing your money away. Do not install, you will regret it.
VPN needs work, before it stayed on and connected 24/7. Now the VPN disconnects every time i connect/disconnect to WiFi. It'll eventually content back and say I'm protected after waiting about 15 mins. Please fix.
I can't pay for this service, knowing I'm getting less features for the same price. The back up features for phone log and pictures has been removed.
I'm just learning this app so I don't know the ins and outs of it yet. I am curious as to whether or not it will take care of my security problems. It seems to have done just fine with scanning. And screen protections. there's so many different features that I get a little confused on which ones I've done and which ones I need to do.
Nice app that protects my a**etts. This app is always on alert and on duty, does a terrific job, doesn't take a lot of space, is dependable and reliable. Really nice to have this app on my smartphone. Five star for protection and peace of mind.
Unable to download this app. It is not shown in my Note 4's App Drawer. When I attempt to download from Google Play, screen shows UNINSTALL--- which I have done --- but does not provide for installing/reinstalling (the box for "Install" is missing). Someone please help!
I reviewed the original app. The same with the extension. This app is killing my data and battery. I am about to un install and see what happens. Been using this service since I got a new phone and tablet like 2 years ago...
I have been cyber attacked though windows 10 layover we use lookout security and have had a lot less problems with the app.! Are very happy with the service please let me know if you need any more information.It has made our busy life's MUCH more manageable for you watching out for us I am very sick have Dr appt.,call many people to keep in touch with thank you God Bless.
Have to constantly disconnect VPN in order to load any other apps, email or web browser. It simply freezes my Samsung Galaxy 7 and I cannot load anything unless I disconnect the VPN. Have tried searching the FAQ and help pages for assistance but cannot find the resolution. I would like to actually be able to use my device for something other than a paperweight!
