I was excited to see the option for mobile pay at the pump, so I stood there took my time to download the app, sign up etc.... I can't even pay coz every time a pop-up messages comes up and it reads "something went wrong please try again" Total waste of my time! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
1. App doesn't work. With the current card we all carry we should just be able to take a pick of the card to be able to enter our info. I am a current customer and fill up weekly. 2. And then there is the email that is supposed to be on file. It says I dont exist as a customer.. So this tells me that the points I have acquired will not work also. The app is a miss for me.
App doesn't work Please fix. Can't sign in or do anything and isn't detecting one of the stores by my house but instead detects a store that's further. Disappointing.

my car wash purchases went missing as soon as i had purchased 5 (next one would have been free) no response from customer service.
impossible to sign in since you were never given your account number to begin with...when i try to enter what looks like my account number from statement it says invalid number
Its way more trouble than its worth every time it won't except my phone number? But I look on the app and all my information is correct?
i cant log back in. i forgot my user name cause i have a new phone and the old one is broken. there isnt an option for forgot user or password

A lady that works at the loop in san jose ,ca on north capital at 1:30am would not let me in, and the store is open for 24/ 7 . Then when i nocked on the 24 hr box she ignored me, then when another lady nocked on door the lady opened it for her. But the lady that works there told me it they were closed.

Great way to track your points
After the most recent upgrade. The app no longer reflects my points. I have emailed them and received responses but I continue to have the problem. I have cleared the app database. Cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, changed my password..still no good. No points listed on the app. Be wary of upgrading this app.
