Slow at best, frequently doesn't work. It is faster to get out of bed and go to my kid's room then to wait for this to re-load because it lost the signal in the middle of the night and won't try to find it on it's own. Needs to reload if you switch apps.
I have a new wireless AC router, whether I'm mobile or right next to the camera the entire app crawls. It's slow to start, has at least a 5 second lag in audio and video and will freeze up at times. The cameras are great, high quality image and have an ingenious design. I'm not sure if Lorex is going to update this app as it seems they are at or near end of life cycle for the cameras. I bought a two pack on their site for about $90. Normally $300 each tells me they are trying to clear their inventory.
Have installed 3 cameras in the house. 1.Instead of having an overview of all cameras, have to switch between different to search where my baby is. 2. The sound is not clear and clustered. 3. Take forever to load and have at least 15 seconds delay.
Audio shuts off when you turn on the talk option. Only been able to get it to work once. Slow to load and sometimes doesn't. Tried on and off WiFi. Great attempt, just needs tightening up
We went from using a dropcam to this, so that we could use the dropcam elsewhere. The software on the lorex is terrible...worked at first, then it got hung up on something...froze. Reinstalling didn't work. Galaxy Note 4. Now I know why it was reduced $200 to $29.00.
Won't work with my Nexus 7 tablet but works with my phone ok. Both run Android 4.4.4. Logged a ticket with support. Said they would get back to me, but never have.
Have to reboot and reinstall monthly. Sometimes picture locks up welcome to buffering city!
The camera is awesome but this is the worst app I have ever used in my 17 yrs working in IT. I wish I stayed with FosCam. Live and learn.
The app is not compatible with my Samsung galaxy tab 3
Works great for a few seconds before it crashes.

Can't seem to pair with my phone galaxy s5. Tried pairing then it asks for camera ID and password ???
Needs updating.
It worked at first but now even after resetting the camera and creating a new password and settings via the cameras built in hot spot it will not recognize my new password. The app is garbage, don't waste your time
camera and application are unreliable and difficult to configure. I had one camera replaced under warranty they send me another that stop connecting to my router no reason
There is no way that I can figure out how to reset the password :.(
Rarely connects to camera if app is ever connected and then closed it will not reconnect to camera this is garbage and a huge waste of money and time
