I am not happy with this app. It does not support android system and is not responsive with the cam. I spent 150 for this camera and one of the selling points was the ability to use the cell phone as a display if we wanted. So far I have been duped by false advertisement. I have spoke with tech support and tried all trouble shooting with them. Please fix this app.
Camera quality is good but needs a lot of light in order for the camera to get out of night mode. The app is very worthless. Basically connects only half the time if ever. Doubt lorex will ever update the app but here is to wishing.
Doesnt always connect but that seems to be the wifi cradle disconnecting. Does not keep the camera video quality setting....need to keep going back and turning it up to max from medium. Framerate is quite good...better than expected. Nice to have audio also.
I won't buy any more lorex products .nothing works as it should with the care system I have, and the lorex ping I purchased prior lost it's night vision just a year after it was purchased.
The app only works half the time. Seems like a good idea but get the app fixed and it would be great
Not dependable. Broken more than it works. Buy something else.
Just follow directions. Far better than my old Foscam

The product works for the most part. However, the Android app is heinous. The only thing worse then the app is the tech support. They are dismissive and uninformed. They were not helpful if you had the 20minutes to hold until you get through.This is a perfect example of a product that works pretty well but the support mechanisms are whack. The wretched support for this product makes it not worth having and for the price. . PAAAAAA LESE.
Returned the camera because the app doesnt work. Couldn't even connect to see the video. How does this crap make it to market?

This app not always work the older version was better than this update one very unhappy with this new lorex update.
