It's disgusting to have the LOREX sd pro app quit working with my camera system. information on the app says "the app is installed and works with all my devices" that's absolutely UNTRUE. LOREX customer services says it is not compatible with my system and the only alternative I have is to upgrade my system for $799.99. simply unbelievable that a company can get away with this sort of business. the app has worked flawlessly for 3 years. don't buy LOREX systems.
When it works it's decent to use in real time. However 70% of the time it says "offline" and when it is working the playback is absolutely pathetic... lags, shows double (phantom) images and black screen for most the duration of the recorded video. I'm sure Lorex can fix this issue with a new update but that seems unlikely. When my system finally stops working I won't go with Lorex again.
Have not used my LW2962H system for 3 years because only 1 out of 4 cameras still work properly. 3 cams do not switch from daytime to night IR modes. So much for quality of hardware, lasted 2 years. The app still works, but w/o notifications. Seems like easy fix.? Lorex won't fix cams even if I pay. The LW2962 is discontinued. Maybe quality was an issue? I have a new Lorex D861 DVR w/ 6 cams. It and Lorex Home app works great so far. Costco and Lorex tech support has been good.
No push notifications. I like the camera system, but stopped getting push notifications over a year ago. Why cant this be a simple fix?? Push notifications can be very helpful when someone is in your house.
Have had this product for some years and never really had any problems easy set up, going to buy a new one with 4k next time . RECOMMENDED.
This is a security software and the notification does not even work after Android 9 update. I regret buying Lorex/FLIR because of their lack of support.
Like everyone else my. App been working on this phone for long time now and partners as of this morning its saying the app is for older phone version and needs update as won't work on new android hello its been working on here so what excuse is it get it sorted lorex
Negative, keeps on crashing. cannot check my two cameras. And don't have the option to change password .
Not a happy camper would not have got cameras if I thought this was going to happen very disappointed got on to the company all they had to offer was sorry this app has been discontinued How can any company expect people to write a review recommending that they should buy something from them if thats all they can offer people with after sales service I would never ever recommend anybody to purchase anything from them its something to talk about on social media !!!!!!
the app needs an update to work on my phone. I even emailed the developer but they have not answered and done nothing. next system will not be a lorex!
this app is no longer working for remote access viewing of your lorex SD pro camera setup. they don't even sell the security system linked to this app anymore on their site
Good for a starter system. I had 2 cameras they worked fine. Ive upgraded after a few years to a 8 camera system.
On my S7 I could view pre-recorded files from the app but either a bad update or Note 9 phone upgrade now I can't.
t-mobile has done system update on my cell phone, and your latex sd pro is built for older system. lorex needs to update.
App needs an update it no longer works on my phone. Tmobile says web developer needs to update app. I no longer get modifications kinda makes it useless now please update.

OK app but where is the IFTTT. The app needs updating to include IFTTT to keep up with competitors.

Great cameras but all the apps are less than 1 star quality.

Lorex refuses to do an update to have the app work on newer modle phones. I can still view my camera's, but it wont push notifications. Ie. Notice of when there is camera activity. If I could give a 0 I would. When I finally got ahold of someone from their help desk I was told to buy a newer system . This has been going on for months and months. Fix your app and make it right lorex!
