Normally it's been fine. Now there's a glitch. Whenever I take a picture of a check, the picture zooms in and gets blurry making mobile check deposit impossible. Camera works fine outside the app.

The update is much better. It's still annoying that I have to log back in every time I leave the app or my phone times out. A timed log out would be much more practical.

Needs an update. The scrolling is really bad! Very irritating you can't monitor your account without becoming frustrated with the features.

If you try to scrool down to look at everything it just jumps down to the bottom. It won't let you look at things one at a time. Please fix.

I am so upset. It won't work on any phone I download to. I have a Samsung S9 and it says encounter errors. It does that on several other phones I have downloaded to.

Scrolling issue still not fixed. Had problems with this app for the last 5 years. This app has been junk since day one.

When it works it seems fine. Hard to know when it takes and accepts my login but never goes any further. Can not access my account.

Fix it please. There is a glitch in the app. When you try to scroll through the ledger, it only lets you go so far before it resets. Please fix this.

got paid today but dosent show any deposits. first time this has ever happened and this is after the update. not sure whats going on but hope is fixed.

Please fix. Won't allow to view recent activities by scrolling. Automatically goes to previous 30 days.

Screen jumps won't stay where I need it jumps all way to bottom. FIX THIS APP. HORRIBLE STILL JUMPS TO BOTTOM WHEN YOU TOUCH IT. ONLY APP THAT DOES THIS. FIX FIX FIX

Can't scroll without jumping all the way down. Pretty useless app. Need to fix it and develop better app for online banking.

normally never have problems but lately I try to scroll through my statement and it just keeps taking me all the way to the bottom and is getting ridiculous

app seems to be worse after the update. locked me out of my account and won't accept my password (which i know is correct)

Please fix the scrolling problem!!! Any time you touch the screen it goes to the bottom. Very annoying

terrible... used to be awesome...now as others have stated you can no longer scroll transactions...takes you back to the bottom to 30 days

When touching the screen it goes to the bottom and you can't deposit checks on the app. 😡

Good except for excess fees if minimum balances aren't maintained.

This app will always kick ne to the bottom so I cant see my recent transactions

Deposit feature is. terrible. .using a Note 4 ..took 20 tries to get it to recognise the acct info on the check. ..tried another one, no luck at all. ..done with it

GUI is rough and basic, not really any better than logging on to the mobile website.
