This app has a few weird problems that only crop up once in a while, but are annoying when they do. Like if you want to just pay off your line of credit balance in full, there is no option for that. you must remember the balance from one screen, then click through several screens, and type in the amount. The check deposit feature is annoying because it doesn't tell you in advance that you MUST write "for mobile deposit at LAFCU" if you endorsed it otherwise, you're screwed.

Depositing checks is always a pain. The app always asks if the check photos can be read. They can. But you have to redo them and confirm. Then it takes a long time for processing. Frequently I have to repeat several times. I never look forward to h aving deposit a check via my phone. Update November 11th 2020. Still no fixes to the multiple requests to check photo. Also fingerprint recognition is more finicky than other fingerprint sign ins. I never look forward to using this app.

Very convenient. i think back when payments were over the phone good for 5-10 minutes of my life. getting balances and transfer account to account and that was it. Now anytime anywhere I have access to anything I want. If they had a app that prints money...

Good app! Only thing I'm not a fan of is the super loud camera shutter sound whenever you take a check picture. There's no way to turn it off and even if my phone is on silent it still makes the sound? A little awkward especially if I'm at work.

Great app and convenient. I did an auto refinance and makes it so much better and super easy when it comes to making payments as another account was created and is simple to transfer the funds to make the payment.👍👍👍👍

I dislike the update which now uses a LOUD shutter sound when taking the picture. Speaking of picture, the automatic picture is annoying as the app take a picture too soon. The app take a picture and the check is far from the camera

Horrible at scanning checks for deposit. Why does the app automatically take the check pictures? Let the user control this so pictures are centered and in focus. This app used to be way better.

Be careful when depositing checks using mobile app even if you endorse the check if you don't write ..for mobile deposit LAFCU.. .. On the check the check will be returned and you will be charged a 10.00 fee it seems like a scam to me if for any reason you forget to write for mobile deposit LAFCU its 10.00 I'm just not going to use this app any longer its not worth the risk of being charged 10.00 fee

Took multiple tries to get the App to deposit the check. The voice commands are annoying. The camera showed a distorted picture at first.

I use this app daily for: transfers, payments, checking my balances and my transactions. I would definitely recommend this app it's very useful and user friendly.

Camera for mobile check deposit needs major work (just used the built-in camera app instead) ...image captured is bad quality...this is with good built in camera in phone. Note 20.

Features getting better. Love that I can see transactions, earn cash back rewards, and pay bills all in one place.

My needs are very basic - checking balances/payments and transferring funds - but I can do them clearly & easily without issue.

it's pretty spare. nothing exciting. not the easiest to navigate. the bank itself is the worst.

I rarely use a desktop anymore, so it's convenient to do my banking with my phone. I wish I had done this earlier.

I just have one word to describe this app: Excellent! It let's me do all the transactions I need, I'm happy with it.

LAFCU online banking app makes checking my balance, transaction history and/or transferring of funds simple!

When I make a payment at the end of the month, why does it takes till the 8th of next month for delivery. The snail mail could get it there just as fast!

I only use the app for simple tasks but it works very well and is perfect for my uses.

This app is very user friendly. The only problem I have is not being able to see my mortgage Info.
