underdeveloped. I can't even view any transactions on my credit card. It also shows your credit card and your credit card payments separately so it looks like you have a bunch of accounts open rather than just showing the payment in the transaction history in one account. Literally the worst customer service I have ever had (chase, boa wells fargo). Not because they are rude but because they don't know much, and they cant even access your account. Useless.
Still HATEING the LOUD talking computer voice and the loud camera click when depositing checks!! Like really really hate it. I want it all silent. Can't find an option to turn it off nor adjust the volume! I put my phone on mute, doesn't work.. I turned all volume bars down, still didn't affect your program. Still a Full VOLUME. You cab hear me depositing a check across my office! So I'll deposit my checks in another bank until fixed. So LOUD! Even when I turned the volume down all the way! Please for the love of God, fix this!
This app has come a long way from when it was first available. It's always been simple and easy to use, but the functionality has grown tremendously. With the recent update, the app now rivals the complete website. I couldn't recommend it enough!
Very easy and convenient. I like the feature that only allows the check to go through after it self checks the photos so you know it got deposited.
It has improved quite a bit. The latest auto capture for depositing checks works a little too fast and cuts off the recorded message.
This was a very reliable app but now it keeps displaying an application error message when I try to login. I want to check my accounts! When it works it's an easy and convenient app but right now it's useless.
Very easy to use! Very detailed information. Only one day I was having problems with the site, but unable to determine if it was the area I was in and the service on my phone. But other than that it works fantastic!

ABSOLUTE WORST banking app!! In the last 6 months, it has bern unreliable, inaccessible, and unusable right before pay days or after midnight. LAPFCU needs to get a better app..

app used to be great. lately every time I log in it's got some application error. I live out of state, I need this to work to deposit checks periodically.
Camera automatically takes the picture too quickly. No time to adjust image in the best light to reveal the documents contents.
app is quick and responsive!!!! deducts what you spend to see what your actual balance is before money is taken, to prevent overdrafts!!! I love it!!!!
App froze up several times. Could not get it to text me conf numbers after several tries. Had to have app call me.. 2 weeks later, the app worked better.
It's not working, I've been using this for years and now it suddenly will not allow me into my account. No fingerprint access, it won't even try to accept my account name and password.
I've had my account for over 30 years and have been very grateful for the all of assistance, advice, and professional customer service from LAPFCU. I will be a forever customer🤗👍

Best app for mobile deposits! I have 3 other Banks I deal with and Lapfcu by far is the easiest and most user-friendly.
Not reliable. LAPFCU needs to invest more money in the development of a better and more reliable app.
Do not use this app to deposit checks while in the workplace. No matter if your phone is silent, it will play a shutter sound as loud as your phone can play it. Then after you take both pictures, it wants you to retake one of them. My ear actually hurt from how loud it is, even when i try to cover the vent for the speakers on my phone case.
