The app needs a vocal instructor and also it doesn't wait for the next exercise before the phone sleeps. it's like the app is not visible enough I always put on my phone every time I want to do the next exercise.... please try and fix it or else people won't enjoy the app and I just updated the app and this problem is not yet fixed. I will stop using the app.

I was really loving the app as it kept me tracked and pumped.. even got to day 12... but then I updated the app and all my data varnished and now I have to start all over again. Plus it has a lot of annoying features (backlight doesnt stay on, I can't work out earlier than the time I set for reminder and I can't edit it)😠😠😠

I am trying it now for the first time. No matter how good might the exercise be, the app itself is quite bad for some reason. (starting as intermediate) 1) you have no chance whatsoever to learn the exercises before beeing forced to do them. 2) you can not go back/repeat the exercise 3) is not taken under consideration that you have 2 legs (some exercise you have to do twice: one time with leg1 then leg2)

Its ok It would be better if i could repeat the execises coz i have a hard time trying to learn the exercise the instructions are totally useless coz they are not clear,its like they were written by someone who doesnt know english well. Improve it please,when doing an exercise i have to learn and watch first before i do it otherwise i will take longer than your estimated time to see results and you will look like lyers

Highly irritating that it keeps on stopping. Than I have to reset and have to start over again from day 1. Also no fun at all, is that you have to wait 24 h before the training for the next day is available.
