Giving extraordinary output. Thanks for the App. Need three updates please. 1) change the colour green of upcoming exercise time displaying during rest (ex: X10, x30)to other colour. It's not so visible from such far distance. 2) Share option not functioning at the end of today exercise. 3) after completing the day, please provide the information as Day number completed today ( ex. day 5 completed today)
Really easy to get on with, 20 mins or so each time so ok on your day, the clicks each second mean no phone-watching needed, and a variety of exercises that seem to be making a difference. I'm getting on a bit and certainly feel healthier than I've done in years. This plus walking and I've lost a lot of weight. No ruining my knees running about!
While this app is well intended, yet it's a one size fits all. It could certainly be discouraging towards someone who is a beginner and wants to lose weight or belly fat. You need to cater to different types of people (i.e. beginner, intermediate, advanced).
Set of exercises and timing is good in the app. What it needs to imbibe is showing floor level when a work out is happening to indicate what part of body is on grround or what is to be kept above it. Second thing is since all workouts are tomebound with tickers running in background, there is no need of showing reps in each activity.
Need to be able to edit the workouts. Being old and having bad knees and back there are some I can't do. Also need a beginner intermediate and advanced mode. Also needs a sync to Google or Garmin or one of the other fitness apps.
The instructions are vague and the illustrations don't always show what you're supposed to do. Dumbell alt toe touch shows guy just twisting back and forth. And, the left illustration doesn't match right even though they're the same. No one with a large belly could do some of these. C'mon man!
It's great but my only moan is that there could be more tutorials during the workout and video instructions. It's quite regimental in it's approach but the overall workout is very satisfying. I also use another WO app jus because the experience is much more amenable for me.
I'm 50 and not that outta shape that the majority of these exercises are not achievable... bear In mind the audience this app may appeal to ... perhaps easier exercises might be an option or even a starter or intermediate option could be considered. Exercise should be fun and not demoralising;0))
Good app, will see the result after 30 dayd.. There is an issue, after 20 exercises, it showing the duration as 5 minutes... Reg: Reminder I wakeup early before the reminder, but app reminds me again, even during the workout. Kindly modify this..
Is is good although for a beginner you may have to adjust some of the exercises for yourself. Keep pushing through and the results will come.
This is worst app i have ever seen. The instruction is not clear and animation shown is worst. Nothing happens with these exercise. It's hard to figure out whether the person shown is laying or standing. 0% quality.
Nice app for mens , teenagers. It will surely help you to loose weight and strentgh your body . I am giving 4 stars just because there are lot of adds because every time i click on a exercise to know about it and then go back it shows add otherwise there is no problem. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
App is great, and if you are somewhat fit excercises are easy. However for a couch potatoe, a beginer ( like myself) or someone 20lbs or more overweight might be difficult to keep up with the timer.
Nice app. Very is easy to use. The special thing is the way the types of excesis were selected and put together for ease of use and to get efficient results
Nice app... I'll suggest you add different difficulty levels like beginner, intermediate, and advanced because not everyone is on the same level.
First day shouldn't be so much stressed workout! And also after completing it I wasn't able to share it to my WhatsApp! Sharing failed! What an useless error!
Improve the Counting for some of excercise. It takes more than it is supposed to be. Otherwise is very very fantastic app for Bell reduction excercise .

It's been a wonderful experience so far.. if I reduce my belly with this app within the defined timeline, that's the ultimate success. Wonderful app
On day three, i can feel how good i feel about myself. The tick tock really drive you and keep you spot on. Never did a workout program before, but all the workouts in one session, is really doing the trick. 27 days here i come.
Uninstalled. First time I opened the app an ad popped up. No thanks. I don't mind ads but when it blocks the whole screen it's a no for me.
Thanks for your simple and effective exercises. Your various apps addressing the toning up of various parts helps in maintaining a good body. Thank you so much.
I have been using this app for one week now and I truly can see a difference in my waist ! I have also lost 6 pounds without even trying to !! That's crazy !!! I'm so glad I found this app ! It really is working for me !!! I recommend trying this app for yourself !!!
This app is awesome. Just that I don't have the dumbbell for exercises so I skip that exercise. But still a perfect app.
This is very much exceptional. I love this app with all my heart. It motivated me to love exercises.
I'm never lazy to open it up like I was with other apps I have used before. It enables me to challenge my self every time I use it. Some workouts will be a little hard today but tomorrow I look forward to nailing them.
Well it gets 5 stars so far as its good haveing a timed program u have a person talking u through it which is good ur goals are basicly set out for ur fitness and means u see u stuck to plan as its all recorded plus u only need 1 piece of equipment a dumb bell but ive just used something with simlar wieght wich gives same result.😁🥊🏅🏋🏻♂️
My main issue with trainer apps is that most are unrealistic. This has a natural feel to it. Very short excercises at day 1 to get you prepared without discouraging you. It has plenty of different workouts in just one session that touches almost every part of the body. The best part is the tick tock sound that perfectly syncs with the body movement.
