This is a good app, but not without some serious issues. The pace is too fast. You are expected to snap back in a second for some exercises. No one is that fast. This app also has a lot of ads that interfere with other apps I have. I had to disable to get them working right. I've enjoyed this app, but I might have to find something with less interference to get in my workouts.

i love it great for getting back to a happy life style. I do 3mile runs before it. short work outs. each is about 5mins. or less. I do about 2-3 a day. also there are lots of ads that pops up when you're not working out. But definitely worth the app

i like the app but I just wish we were able to scan through each days workout in advance so we are able to know what we are doing prior to the exercise. I also wish it gave us more time to switch between each position not unless pausing it is supposed to be our rest time.

The app itself is great. The adverts on the other hand are absolutely awful. I kept getting pop up adds when I wasn't even using the app. They interrupt any other apps that running, I had Spotify on today an adds kept popping up.

Easy to follow work out with an out loud counter/timer on app and shows what and how to do sometbing instead of a list of what to do and having to google it! Doesn't take 30min to work out or devote too, so that's a bonus. My 2yr old followed along also!

I installed this based on advertising that showed a chair workout. I'm older with a bad back and cannot get on the floor. The very first beginner workout was on all the floor. You need to use accurate advertising!

Love the app. Wish it had more rest time and less ads but other than that it is amazing. I was ready for wrestling in 1 week. love it and highly recommend. First time used, very fast paced workout, good job there's a pause function. Have to have a fair level of fitness to complete, not for a begginer. Does however target the core muscles and will no doubt have an impact if followed daily

There was no explanation of exercises and for one of my exercises there was no break between the exercises and I tried clicking on pause and it wasn't pausing. Plus, it runs in the background and that is annoying.

It is an amazing at and it helps you to lose weight very quickly it is a very good app and I definitely recommend this that every other person.I'm very happy to have this app on my phone because I am a little bit over way and I think that it'd be easier for me to lose weight in this way other than just trying to walk it out. I think it's a great app although in some exercises like plank walk-outs the lady counts too fast for the video demonstration, but other than that I love it and feel it's a great addition to my morning!

This is the first time that I have used this app . It gave me a good work out on my stomach and abs. I hope that I can continue this workout daily . I have had three back surgeries and some of them are still a bit more than I can do, but I know in time i will get stro- nger in my core and be able to do more. Thank hou for the help!

I downloaded it because of a misleading ad in instagram. Like the other apps, there are ready exercises for every day use. You cannot select the exercises based on the body part

Downloaded the app because of an add that stated you can exercise based off body shape. Not true! Morning workout and evening workout is not true to time. Suggest maybe take those misleading ads down. Good exercises though

It's not for somebody who is overweight or out of shape as it's too fast it doesn't give the beginner a chance to get into the rythm, but it's good app good exercise techniques and styles though
