I used to do the three minute workout and it was fun but I am really enjoying this app and can see results after just one week. I gained a lot of weight after quitting smoking and this app is getting me nicely back into shape. I am not a fitness expert but I would say to get the most out the routines you need to add on some other exercise like fast walking for an hour or a bit of cycling/swimming but otherwise I would recommend this app. to anyone wanting to shape up.
*Edit: won't let me watch ads to add workouts, app doesn't work correctly because of this, can't get new workouts.* Overall I have been really enjoying this app. I wish there was a way to add the night time stretch to my list instead of having to find it within the app every time. The ads are getting to be too intrusive, and the timers I set to go off for when to start routines no longer work so I have to set alarms in my phone.
I actually really like this app. It helps to keep me at a pace I'm comfortable with. I've never really had a reason to exercise before. I've been anorexic my whole life. But after a few major injuries I have gained weight and have a flabby tummy. This app offers different exercise routinesand also a custom section and its all free. It just has adds that you can get rid of for 3 dollars. This is a great app if you don't feel confident in a gym setting like myself. Voice guides are customized.
It is just greatly helpful. Not only does it allow you to exercise using different options of exercises, it also allows you to customize your own list of exercisesπ . If you want to start exercising,be it at home or elsewhere,no wifi needed .use the app,and get the best daily experience
I like that each exercise comes a little video to demonstrate the exercise if you don't understand how to do it. I also like that you can customize the rest time to be shorter or longer. I've used the app gor the past 9 days & have really enjoyed it.
Hubby and I chunked up a little during the lockdowns. We do these exercises together in the mornings. We're already seeing a difference only 10 days into the program. Coaching is great with tips to help you adjust an exercise for your level of ability. Thankyou!
There are like no adds! Only when you login and finish and exercise I think π. I first got this a few months ago, and I didn't even make it through a session, but I realized that I was on an advanced setting. I did the beginners for the first time today, and I am sweating, but it is earned! and I am definitely come back tomorrow! Got to get a streak!!
Everytime I want to look for workout apps, I always try to find Leap Fitness apps first. It's very easy to use, the animations are clear, the ads are not too much, and the design is very beautiful. I've done several type of workout from Leap Fitness and it surely improved my body and health in only a year.
So far it's been great. I love the multi option to choose what level of workout I feel comfortable with and the extra options it has to do if I want more like a morning warm up routine or bedtime stretching and quite a few others. I'll update my review after I've done the first 30 days and how much progress I made but I do feel the workout already working like it should.
Just got this app and honestly loving it. I love how u can make ur own training by adding exercises and warm ups. U can also change the amount of seconds depending on how long u want it. There are also rest days and u can set breaks for how ever long u want them to be. You can also set a reminder to remind u when to start. It starts off as easy then slowly gets harder and harder which is what I love. It doesn't push u and makes it easier for u then harder as u go. I would definitely recommend
It's really surprising that this app is free. It only has one add at the end of the workout. It's so good for people who can't do certain exercises by having an option to switch it out with another or make it easier. It's really customizable and can be challenging in the best way possible. I would definitely recommend
I can't believe how well this is targeting my abs. After the first day I was sore. The exercises are not too hard yet push you and in under 20 minutes. I especially love the hints given during each exercise to keep your form correct and alternative moves. I can easily squeeze this in daily without a gym, equipment or a trainer. I love this app!
An app that works magic on your tummy even though you keep thinking that nothing happens, you just spend 11-15 minutes doing... something pretty light and easy... Until one day (and quite soon) you realize you need your clothes one size smaller. Or use a belt to keep wearing your usually-rather-tight pants and skirts without them slipping down) And I am only on day 18th of the easiest part. Really looking forward to keep going all the way and see how I'll look in the end) Thank you for this app!
I have been looking for a app that works for me, think I have found it. Due to my disability I am very limited on what I can do. Your app is awesome and little at a time which is right on, I can also keep up with doing it each day. Started light and will go up. The Discover button is great got to look over some things. Love at then end we can make our own training and with certain ones worked for us. Happy I found this.
The app is really great for workouts at home. The voice prompt is really nice. But the animation doesn't really give a clear description of the exercise. But its still really great for workouts.
I love this app! Im only on day 2 but this is amazing! Its challenging Fun And Interactive i love to use this app. When i come home from school i go right to it when i finish everything! This app has no problem in my opinion i do morning warm up origanal ecxersize and sleepy time streching! They are all amazing and easy! I give it a 5 star π. This app is so cool! Tho i dont like the adverts, but otherwise im good! π Tho I Am Not Sure How To Change The voice yet. No complaining included love it
At 50, had found I was very unfit and flabby. 9 weeks on, 10 1/2 inches lost around top half. I've combined with good diet and leap dumbbell app so even better results. Exercises getting easier. Weight loss is slow but I am gaining back a lot of muscle and strength. App is great but does require buy in by the user to get best results.
I really like this app and it has been a huge help with my fitness, but after the 30 days it restarts to day one. I worked up to 18 minutes and I would like if the time continues insted of going back to 8 minutes. If there is anyway to continue the same time and amount passed the first 30 days I would appreciate the information on how to do so.
I love this. Between the pace you want and the workouts- much better than the ab in thirty days version.. mostly because of the type of workouts and the cooldowns. The other also had small glitches that were very annoying (countdown, or explanations)
Only been using a week and I prefer to make my own workout ((I work out upstairs so no jumping, and I can't do crunches yet)) and I'm feeling fitter by the day, I don't mind the ads as all as this app is free and they are easy to close, I'm only rating this 4 stars however as a lot of workout options are missing from the custom workouts ((I'd like to add push ups or sit ups, but neither of those are avalible to me in the excercise list)) hoping to unlock those soon.
I love it absolutely. Big thanks to the team. The app is user friendly in every way - easy to start, interesting to exercise. Every day - a new set of exercises - cool! π
Seems really good. There's an ad when you open the app and again after your workout, bit that seems to be all. I don't know how effective the workouts are, but you can sync them with Google fit and earn heart association points.
So useful and easy to follow, it has ads after every excersize session but it's amazing and has different difficulty levels and so many other amazing features, after using this I always feel refreshed and amazing! 5 stars I highly recommend this app!
This is app is very good. Excercises are designed for 8 mins and with break, it could be completed in around 12-15 minutes. Shorter time and no tools required approay encourages to do the excercise in the comfort of your home.
Highly recommended it, they're options to pause and skip. And rarely ads! You can have reminders too. They're different types of workouts to to get abs, loose weight and a few others for both genders!
Makes exercise fun! Not being someone for exercise generally, I was feeling fed up with my size and shape. I'm very unfit, dislike sport and have joint problems but this app has kept me focused and I actually look forward to my daily workout. It takes 15 minutes a day and I'm already starting to see the effects after just 6 days on the beginner's program! I recommend this app to everyone !
