I enjoyed using the app for one 30-day run through, but when I started the second, the ads became unbearable. Ads as soon as I opened the app, as soon as I started a workout, and as soon as my workout was done. And now, for some reason, I can't x out of the ad after it's done. It's become completely unusable.
Wonderful app. I practiced this app solely for my weight loss program. I lost 20+ kg in 6 months with combination of workouts on this app, running/walking and diet control. This app doesn't let you miss the instructor, exercises explained nicely and overall very good animations and videos. Full rates and also big thank you to creators of this app. You definitely change someone's life! More power to you all!
Amazing! It's an easily customizable trainer and I love itI found myself losing my breath and feeling nice and sore in the morning. The ads, I really don't think they're a problem, I don't know why people get so worked up about them. I've had the app previously and I lost weight, I recently reinstalled it because I was feeling conscious about my body again because my routine had changed drastically and I had gained some weight. Shortly, I'm just a little bit in and already feeling great again!
First day and it's a tremendous experience. I haven't trained for years. When I did, it was always alone. The app integrates a person-like announcer that, works as a timer when needed, and explains key points of the exercise for you to take note of. It really feels like you have a trainer with you. 5 stars.
Great workout app. Simple to use, increasing difficulty as you go on.. And helpful reminders to get you in gear.. It's the perfect companion if you are looking so start working out more consistently.
I'm loving the workouts. Simple instructions, but work in a good sweat. I started off on beginners days 1 all the way to advanced. The workouts get progressively tougher as you go, but not impossible.
What an amazing app. It reminds you of doing workouts and it got plans for every type.If you don't know we're to start working out,just download it. IT IS WORTH IT!!!!!
Great useful app wide range of workout that I can do anytime even without going on the app. Great audio guidance plus animated diagrams and videos that shows you how to do the workout.
It made me sweat a lot but I pushed myself through it and did all of them. Also THE BEST WORKOUT APP EVER FOR TRYING TO GET SKINNY AND STRONG. I'm getting skinny and strong, because I have something that is scared of being judged.
I've only just started it but I love how easy the app is to get around and how there's options for what you have like knee injuries and how you can choose the time you work everyday and how it's free
For a free app this is brilliant! Easy to use and the workouts a good for variety and capability. Apps aren't too intrusive either which is nice.
Very good app to reduce weight and impressive features for workout. Specially if any body is in search of a trained coach then you are in the right app.
This app realy loss my weight . My first day was very good on this apps . This app provides us with features . Like if we want to add more exercise or remove , if we have some problem to that exercise. 👍👍👍💪💪💪

I just completed easy, intermediate, and advanced and im down 32.2 pounds! Ads don't matter when you see real results!
Amazing, just completed my first workout. I have never been so motivated. This app is full of helpful tips enabling you to have the best experience. I think I shall complete the whole course.
I'm very happy with this app. It gives a small achievable goal to reach everyday. I have been using it since January and a long moderate diet I was able to lose 6kg. It has helped me make exercise part of my daily routine, something I never thought I would be able to do
If you're working out at home this is the best app since there are no equipment needed. Do follow the routine and feed in your parameters in the tracker. Tip- Just very slowly, add a decrease in your food intake and watch the weight drop. I've lost 10kgs in 5 months.
Overall very good I like how it gets very involved with you and routins feel very accomplishable, although I wish it showed me the estimate of how much colories I lose just a susggtion.
if i mute the sound from ads then there is no sound from the app. you have to unmute the ads next time they appear. the sound options from app and even phone will have no effect
It was very useful I was really trying to lose weight but it just didn't work but with the app I was able to lose 10 kg which was really impressive
this app i amazing I've been using ut for quite a while now on old devices and it really helps to lose weight easily however ads are breaking it but still 5 stars because you get a fill experience
Very self explanatory and easy to follow. I like that the exercises are customizable and can be swapped out easily.
My god what a sweat it was kinda hard but fun at the same time I like it and I recommend it to anyone who is trying to lose weight thanks alot :)
Alright, let's talk, it does ask you to review at the start which I dislike, although man the exercises are ok, but Ima gonna give you 5 stars so you can try it out. Oh and the ads barely noticed to busy doing stupid planks (which I'm ok with).
Some of the exercises are u realistic, if you guys try to add real person video. You'd have noticed the animations are way off from what's possible by body
This is a mixed bag: it has workout reminders and the vast majority of the app is customizable if you take a few seconds to explore the options. On the downside, it is not beginner friendly, there is no rhyme or rhythm to the order of exercises (be prepared for a lot of random getting up and laying down), there is no warm-up, and the routines have odd difficulty spikes rather than a smooth difficulty curve.
Great app, its intuitive features make it fun to use. Downsides are it goes 30 days than you reset, would be nice to keep going in full calendar and adjust dynamically. Also whatever random generator they use to create routines is broken it typically spits out same excercises and also isn't very smart, it will schedule three sets of different crunches not realize it doesn't make sense. Also doesn't have logic to realize it makes you do alot of switching from ground to standing exercises.
