The app is really nice with good workouts that starts slow. I took away two stars because it doesn't have the reset option, if you want to restart your 21 days because you couldn't finish it the first time it doesn't let you reset. I took off another star because it doesn't have the option to connect to google fit. It would be nice to be able to see the results on Google fit so I can see the whole picture of my fitness routine.

I took away a star because I feel abit disconnected from what I was doing it was so so fast! Slow it down abit and this app is golden.. It maps your daily progress, you can pick which exercises you want to do, and I'm sure it will get more harder and complex as the days go but it was an easy work out to get things started. I've been walking, but have just stayed the same weight for well over a week now unless my scale is broken but I'm hoping this does the trick..

I lost about 5kg in 21 days using this app along another one, plus doing some diet. It's good but the difficulty of the exercises increases way too quickly and it's difficulty to keep with it, specially if you only have so much time for your daily workouts. Another issue is the lack of customization for specific workouts or resting times. Some times it's difficult to know if an exercise is X number in total or each side.

I absolutely Love this app!! Reminds me when it's time and shows what to do. The break between switching work outs is a bit too short. Hard to get up super fast after doing 2 hard works outs on the floor to having less than 5 seconds to stand and take a breathe. Besides that. DOWNLOAD it if you want to sweat .

The app is pretty good, but the timing is to short so you have to pause the timer to be able to do the full number. The exercises are easy and simple for beginners but they are not enough for someone who wants to work out more intensively. Overall good app for beginners or as a part of your full workout

The height & weight selection continues to change even though I tapped "ok" to set. In addition, on the 'record' option, the chart states 'lb' with a dot at 302, yet I set my weight to 138lb on profile page. I'm not sure if this is a glitch, but such inaccuracies are discouraging when deciding to use an app.

The height and weight scales are wrong. When inputting your info it changes on the scale/ weight chart. Say you put in 104lbs for your weight, the chart will say that you're at 230+. That's more than double your actual weight. And for some reason height changes as well. 60 inches keeps moving to 68 inches no matter how many times it's been corrected or edited.

It is still early, just completed day 2. For those that are not extremely out of shape this might be easy. I am very out of shape so it is truly a workout. I do my best to do it all. I may not do the exercises perfectly but I do as I am able. Tomorrow I will get my measurements and then at the end of the full 21 days I will measure again & see if there was a change or not and then try to figure out how to update my rating based on how it actually works. BTW, it is NOT overloaded with ads!!!!

I'm still recovering slowly from postpartum after having my 3rd child last September. I know, it's been harder on me probably due to my age and other medical factors. This is the first time in YEARS that I have decided to work out. I'm usually easily fatigue and other things while working out but I found the will to start something, anything. And since I have started, I have found the motivation to continue consistently. I'm only on Day 11 but I haven't skipped a day.

GREAT FOR BEGGINERS! It's hard for me to find a good workout app that is easy to understand or navigate fully so when i came across this one i was really happy! Easy to use, best home workouts without needing any equipment! Plus it keeps time for u when doing the exercises and keeps it logged. Love this app so far!

Not going to lie. I was a little sceptical about this app but it really does give you a good workout. Not just for beginners. It gives you about 7-minute workouts for each muscle group. If you want to do all muscle groups, it takes about 30 minutes or you can just do 1 or 2. It's your choice! It works for me because sometimes I feel lazy and can just do one muscle group and feel like I worked out. Lol

I like this because Im a checkoff list kind of person. I feel accomplished when I have my check offs! Its simple so thats a plus. You dont even have to look at the screen but if you didnt know how to do something the cartoon picture shows it so its very easy. And it gives me a reminder so I have to get it done otherwise it will aggervate me until I do it!!

Pretty good 4 free workout app. I'm obese, but I'm usually pretty active. I glanced @ the workout & didn't think it'd be enough 4 the day, so I'm doing all 4 programs. Woke up after day 2, legs were screaming! No idea how I'm going 2 be able 2 make it on day 21. I LOVE that it shows u how 2 do each exercise & does it with u. The rest period between exercises is a joke 2 me though bc it's just enough time 4 me 2 get into the next position. (-) I entered my weight correct, but the chart is wrong.

Day 1, Easy and effective. Day 3, it's an awesome workout. It's deceiving, it seems easy but I'm definitely sore and getting a good workout. I do all 4 categories each day. Highly recommend it and it actually has gotten me in the routine to actually do it; and I have tried other apps before.

Love it.its simple stuff but it's exactly what i needed just to get motivated.i add weight or do different exercises sometimes, but it doesn't overwhelm me before i get started which is exactly what i need. ***i wish there were new challenges after completing the.21 days.i also think having some upper body workouts would complete this package.

looks easy BUT....I does makes you break a sweat... I'm not an exercise person AT ALL, but this app is perfect. I do all 4 types and I sweat like crazy by the end of the full workout. it starts easy on day 1 but it gets harder gradually. abd my fav part...its TOTALLY FREE!!
