It's a great app and the fact that it let's you create your own set of Exercises with your own intensity levels and that it helps you concentrate on the areas that u particularly want to improve makes it one of the best apps on the market..!! Just one request if u could add more exercises for the hip region to help concentrate on those ugly love handles and obliques more intensely. Ex fire hydrants, leg side pulses, single leg hip thrust, etc.. Thank you.

great app but... at times the app hangs. For e.g. - i am on day 12 Easy tasks. I finished 3 laps. When it asked for running one lap more, I selected NO. However, it did not record my day 12 tasks. It took my back to the same page to start day 12 activities. I ran one more lap and again selected NO for an additional lap. It again took my back to the day 12 page activities. Did this twice more, after which it finally recorded my tasks as completed, and awarded me only 50 points :( seems buggy

The best exercise app! Love the way you get into it slowly. They are really great at increasing the intensity at a manageable pace. They also have a very well balanced program, working on all areas and fitness too :-) Try it out, you won't regret it!

I did write a review, but can't see it anywhere. I'm a former fitness instructor who hasn't exercised in 15 years due to illness which led to CFS. I know what I need to do, however this app helps to stop me over doing it, it allows you to start slow and steady and helps you start a realistic regime. If it takes 10 minutes to complete each of the exercises in the set, then so be it, at least it's more than you have done before, therefore serving a purpose.

It is actually a really good app. It's free, no glitches and really works in weight-loss goals. The meal plan is really simple to follow and the workouts are customizable. Ads are annoying but totally avoidable.

The exercises are good. But now I'm having some sort of bug where it's showing up exercises on days that I DID NOT exercise. So it's showing that I'm on an advanced level while I'm still in the easy level.
