Promising app but needs some refinement to go from ok to v good. I am roadtesting around 100 health/fitness apps on my way to fitness and weight loss. Pros - compared to others that are repetitive, I find that the day to day variety of exercises is good; higher reps in each set gets you working; I like the one-two voice counter although a running total (say every 5 reps) would be a good addition. Cons - the voice counter doesn't always tally with the rep counter, quite a few exercises for example seem to have 16 or 17 counts for a 15 rep set; exercises aren't always repeated both left and right (and they should be of course to balance your muscle work); could be difficult for beginners, how many beginners do you think could do 15 side planks with elbow/hand touches?; acclimatisation - using the previous example of side planks, these are not the easiest to master and if you've never done any before just immediately being launched into 15 reps might need a graded introduction (5-7 day 1/10 day 3/15 day 5 for example); only metric, no imperial settings; slow rep counts may not suit everyone (different exercises benefit from slower/longer 'hold times'); can't vary the rest time.
This app is one of the best apps for losing weight. You really do lose weight and it even gives you a diet plan for you to eat which is very helpful as I always need a diet for my work out routines. One thing that I would like them to do is set an approximate timing for when to eat our meals as this would be really helpful.
Liked most things about the app but for anyone with balance issues the risk of injuries is pretty high. And day 24 (I think) showed up with exercises never seen previously nor after and were even more likely to cause injuries. Noticeable results but definitely not for everyone.
So far I have done 3 days. Its going alright, the exercises are a little bit difficult but they are not undoable. I think if it's a little bit much, take pauses in between to give your body a break. I like how they have the amount of kcal you burned that day and they ahve the option to take a diet plan which is good although I don't use that. I think there has a been a little progress along with skipping. I'll let you know how the rest of it goes! Thanks!
I just😍 love the fact that it gives daily exercise alongside daily healthy meal👌🏽I am not bothered about the adverts, they are just normal to me, even when we watch TV programmes there are loads of intermittent adverts. So it's fine. Thank you for this great app.👍🏽
Started yesterday and I'm motivated to do the 30 Days Challenge for weight loss!! This app is great because one of my fav is that it gives you the diet recommendation which is very good and healthy!! It comes in menu each day! Thank you so much!
Great guide through fitness and health. The exercises are demonstrated and everything is timed it's also includes breaks. There is also a recommend diet that comes with a shopping list. After 30 days I had definitely lost some weight and l was fit.
I started using the app about 3 weeks ago and i can feel the changes in my body already, though it has not yet translated to significant reduction on the scale. I am positive that with time , i would also see the result on the scale. Thank you
It's a great app. Sometimes i just didn't feel up for working out after a busy day but thanks to this program, i have those little 10 minutes of light sport everyday. Try it, you'll feel the effects!
There's another app with the same name that has way better exercises and explanations on how to do them. Also, that food diary was pretty boring and not at all compatible with my hectic schedule (a big reason why I do intermittent fasting and not 5 tiny meals a day)
Hmm, it is a good program in that it is easy to follow with everyday tasks...but what I have noticed is that there is no diet difference for men and women...though men need more calories and the exercices tend to get hard very quickly...not so easy to do when you're not in shape
fantastic, easy to use app with pure pain the next day :) few minutes exercise a day with a simple diet plan and weekly shopping list. i am surprised its free. best app I've ever seen!!! everybody gotta try!
Even though I amma begginer in excersises, I thought this was so easy. But after giving it a try I realized that it was challenging (in in very bad condition, yes). I ended up tired, so that means it worked.
I love the App, but too many Ads... I should be Able to use the App n Enjoy it with out the in N out of ADS.... No Ads, gets 5 stars.... just saying...
I wish there was an option asking if there is any parts of the body you can't exercise now and I would select knees I can't bend them properly so i can't do lunges forward or wall sits until I lose a bit of weight that's why I only gave it a starts but I know its good for other people not as heavy.
I realy lost weight using the app, the exercises are simple and easy, diffrent execises everyday so not monotonous and boring. THE FIRTST 30 DAY CHALLANGE THAT IVE COMPLETED THAT WORKS! But what do we do when we reached the 30 days? Is there a continueation app?
I like the exercises and how achievable they are from the start. My only problem would be that the app doesn't say your done at the end of the excersises, it just stops.
Really good app. The exercises are a bit easy though, but that is my only criticism. You do lose weight, but only if you add more exercises to the schedule.
I think it is a good trainer but I found difficulty in doing some exercise I also think as a beginner these hard exercise is not OK for me I still found difficulty in doing these exercises
There is no guess work. If you want to lose the weight just follow the plan. I have had to modify some exercises due to physical limitations but still great app.
Good job done, this is a very nice app will highly recommend and also de masculine audio voice is very very good. I started not too long ago but I can feel de effect within my body.... Big ups
this app is really good and it spaces out on you so you don't work yourself too hard and it's just an amazing app and act helped me through my weight-loss journey so I can be there.
Great free program with all the tools you need to exercise and eat right. I really like the daily exercise programs and the weekly product shopping list for meal planning.
I have only been using this app for 3 days, but Iove it already. My bum actually hurts after some of the exercises,which I think is a good thing. I will let you know my results in 30 days.
The exercises are aesy to follow. I havent seen any weight loss yet, but feel more motivated to change my lifestyle, in little steps. ;) + i don't feel judges doing this on my own vs going to the gym.
Nice to have the diet plan and it has healthy food but, my issue with it is that you end up eating the exact same things over and over so it's totally boring and hard to stick with. Also there is no way to convert the measurements in the app from the metric system. And no way to tick off each meal or day, it ticks off the days automatically. For a free app it's OK but not nice for more than a week of use.
