So... I haven't started using the 30 day workouts yet but i was going through looking at it to see if it was to advanced...and it did not look to advanced but one flaw is definitely that there are no relaxation stretches to relax your muscles before and after the training. Other than that, the app looks amazing and I feel that I am going to really like it a lot😁

It's very nice and fantastic app ,but after completing 30 days there was no reminder or no notification and after 30 th day also if we completed on March 3 - 30 th day ,then again on 4 March it's showing that ,if u'll not miss any program then ur schedule will be completed on 5 March or 4 March,,,pls solve this,,,,,,apart this issue ,this app is very nice and tips were also helpful ,thanku

This app is very good and useful, definitely we will lose weight if followed properly. My small suggestion, if there is any way of relaxing the muscles before and after the session it would be great. Bcoz after the exercise i can feel that ache on the thighs arms and back..

This app is for absolute beginners. I.e. havent worked out for years. You dont feeĺ like giving up on the app since its a slow build of intensity. Since finishing this app, I am now strong enough to do normal "beginner" workouts without giving up because i now have the strength to do them. I never weigh myself because i dont believe in kg counting, but im starting to tone and feel so much stronger.

The app helps in better workout but all exercises with time are not showing timer instead during exercise these appear as 40 times, 30 times etc. It'll be great if a timer is shown instead of 40 times for plank.

Exercises Not very complicated, but it does work your muscles and makes you sweat. May be a little exhausting for a beginner, in the beginning, but keeping to work out will get your body ready. Can't wait to finish my 30 days challenge xx

Only on day one, so I can't give a full review, but I will say that the description for the wall push-ups in day one is laughable. It says to do a handstand against the wall and then lower yourself towards the ground. If anyone starting out on day one can actually do that without busting their face, they probably don't need this app.

This is really good app .but one problem is there that this app not contains water features nd exercise according to age which shows according to age r we underweight or overweight... other wise my experience is good for it.

Amazing it was actually work very well. When I start exercise by following step after exercise I see my weight is a little bit becoming low. I am very excited. This is really worst of all apps .definitely it is designed by someone not really professional .I followed the first day routine according to the instructions and I got such bad cramps and faced really harsh muscle fatigue that i had to concern a doctor. the exercise task given for day 1 is enough to make u not able to exercise the next day. just dont do the given steps more than 5 times if u r doing it for the first time or u'll badly and definitely regret later .I had to stay in bed for 3 days.

This app is Awesome... In first 30 days I lose my weight I don't know my initial and final weight bt I can see the change... The clothes which were tigthen now become loss...I havent did any exercise before this for weight loss bt this exercise is awesome and great for beggineers like me... In the 30 days I lose my weight bt I want to lose more weight so I have restart from the day 1 and in this only 8th day of exercise I am very relaxed and more energetic ...

It's Good for Girls but some exercise is very tough ..but it amazing..i have done 3 days so i can't tell about that but if you will follow this app with proper diet and walk everyday 30 to 60 minutes so you'll loss your weight..Download this app
