The app seems decent...if you're looking for a diet. I specifically searched for a non-diet app (intuitive eating, gentle nutrition etc.), which this app claims it is, but as soon as you enter the app, it tells you you'll have to restrict calories and eat "healthy" foods in order to lose weight (not true- weight loss is about controlling insulin), then it asks you to choose a food plan (aka "diet"). If you want a diet, and a place to log food and exercise, try it out. Not a "non diet" app.

When add a food ask for nutrition info but no calories like on sparks people. No option for whopper Jr w/o cheese so had to look it up and adjust portion to match calories (370…) and WHY is the fast food in fkng grams instead of portion!?!
