Used to work fine, but then after updating the app and trying to log back in, the verification process wouldn't work because everytime I click on the link sent to my email, the page just displays "error 419: page expired"
If I could give no stars I would!! Downloaded it worked ok for about an hour now just a blank screen everytime you open the app. Very frustrating. Have tried uninstall and reinstall still same problem. Using samsung s10.
My uni maps app doesn't work on my phone so I thought I'd try this instead. I just want directions, why is it asking me for all the details of what I study and my gender? I don't want to share that information, why does it force you to input a phone number as well, isn't an email enough? Even google doesn't ask for details like this. I'm uncomfy and the process is taking too long, may as well get a physical map and figure it out myself.
Way simpler for finding places on campus than Google Maps, great! Unfortunately the map sometimes bugs out and becomes black if I close and open the app, is there any way to fix that? Thanks!!
This is a bit silly. It shows you photos of the door of the room you are looking for but no help showing you how to actually get to it. Seems a bit pointless. Photos of the water cooler aren't particularly helpful either.
used to work great and super helpful and now it won't let me past loading screen. Says it's a network error but my internet connection is completely fine (i.e. pretty sure it's a problem with the app)
It's not bad, but it isn't great. Sometimes you'll find the exact room, or a random room in that area; sometimes you won't even find the building. Good for a general area.
it worked really well when i first got it but now it wont stop crashing after the welcome screen and i got lost and wasnt able to get to my class on my first week of university. can you stop the crashes so i can actually get to my classes on time?
I used this app frequently on my iPhone and it was great but unfortunately it doesn't work on my Pixel 3XL. Hope you guys are working on updating it for Android 10!
I'm seriously disappointed, this app used to be so helpful and no it no longer even opens at all on Android 10 using a OnePlus 7 Pro. I needed it to get to a class today and I was depending on it but now I'm going to be late.
I downloaded so I could get my StudentVIP notifications and after trying to sign in via StudentVIP section, it will not do it. It sits on the loading screen forever and doesn't sign in. Please help.
My app keeps telling me I have a connection to server error, does anyone know how to fix this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still same message. So frustrating
The app doesn't even open on my pixel running Android 10. I used to use it on my IPhone and it was helpful but at the moment it's broken.

Will not run. Worked on my old phone, but will not connect to servers on current phone. (Still works on old phone).
Loads super slow compared on apple devices, cant even use it or have to wait 5 minutes for it to load

GPS isn't always entirely accurate but it has still been very useful
The first time I downloaded this app it worked perfectly fine, but when I opened it again hours later only a black screen appeared and it has been the same way since. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and installing the app back again, updating the PlayStore, checking the app manager on my phone, etc., and it just won't work. I would find it quite handy especially for new students like me. Can you please fix it?
