Had to take my rating from 5 to 3 as the app crashes in the background and this causes that ALL apps are blocked with NO indication at all. On one day I missed all my emails, whatsapp and more for more than 5 hours. Now I am forced to use another firewall as that glitch is an app breaker. I really hope you can sort it out. Really liked the app :( Old rating: Works great! No adds that bug you. Really saves data and battery very well. The best no root firewall by far! Well done developers.
worked immediately. gives a msg what's going on. great graphics. u guys are awesome. will review again, to report whether it stops the annoying double click ads from constantly appearing, everything I open an app.
While the app seems to be working better than expected, I'm curious why the app itself does not appear in the list of spps to be blocked from internet access. There is no way to tell whst it is sending, and where. I'll be searching for an app that allows such settings.
good piece of software, that is if it works. this failed to launch on my S8 running Oreo ... it eems like it was last updated in 2014. I found an alternative, NoRoot Firewall which works well, only issue us that I have to ckear data and cache to clear the rules
thinking of buying, should be $0.80, but can't seem to locate the creator.When i click the buy button i get, { "pname:com.lostnet.fw.pro" } on a blank screen. Wondering if we should be using it, can't be up to date. #LostNetNoRootFirewall anyone remember Black Ice? That was my go to firewall for many a years on winxp pro. would love to have it back. so. come on guys time to get back to work.
I have a pro version of this firewall it is really good. I only allow the app to access of my trusted country. I've noticed that some app will go to access to china and some other country without my knowledge this firewall can block it. And the best thing is it block ads too. 5 star for blocking ads. 5 star for app that block access to other country. 5 star that works on phone that's no need to root. Watch the behavior of the app you installed coz this firewall is a true guardian.
Has never work on the Pixel XL 2 and I paid for the app. When will this be fixed, I have sent numerous report of the app crashing on launch and all ignored. If you have a Pixel 2, search for something that may work.
this app won't open....as simple as that really. used it once and thought it was excellent but unistalled and now can't gwt it too work. even got the paid version (about AU$10) and still no joy....very unhappy indeed i have samsung s7 with v8 o/s
It says it has a bug and to clear the cache but it still stops immediately couldn't even open the application.
Really hoped to try this out. Unfortunately the app keeps crashing immediately after starting. Unable to use it.
Okay, Okay, You are the best firewall of all firewalls in smart phones due to that you can block application that will access to unwanted countries. Nice nice nice.
A piece of useless app, a waste of time. First time I installed it on Samsung cel and it hanged already. Several times i tried running and it still hangs.
ads themselves are blocked, but some spamware apps still get thru. would be nice if I could tag those apps to prevent re install. blocks all data to other devices when I use phone as hotspot
can we have a feature to clear past logs. can app view be filtered like show all apps where all allow or all deny or in between etc.
so far I'm impressed great app. I love seeing it block the sneaky apps that don't work for us they work for big brother.
I have a paid supsciption to this app and now it crashes on starting the app. Has not been updated sibce 2014. Dont buy its a waste of money and time. Shame on the develiper.

cool app :) lets me block installed apps from connecting to china! but the link to pro version not working.

It always crashes every time I open it. That is why I uninstalled it.

No background/foreground connections activity rules, app not updated since 2014
Dropped rating from 3 to 1. Lostnet is a really good name for this as you really do lose your internet. Also email loses sync and it crashes from time to time. Experimenting over. Uninstalled. It was probably good in its day but since it is not supported now I suggest you look for something else
