LOT mobile

No internet? no access to the app(it asks you "to login", but once internet is back - then "hi again"), say, to see your scheduled flight or open boarding pass. Decided to enable roaming for that app due to need? Few Mb will be consumed literally on looking into existing trip. I'm sure this is core functionality. Additionally, I cannot see details of past trips, just see it listed and that's it. This last thing is not core functionality(wanted to know how much did we late), just annoying

The app is not practical, it doesn’t let you easily display nor download the boarding pass. It's quite useless.

Very inconvenient use, all details need to be verified every time you log in. Stores boarding pass not in the app but in Google Pay.

I did the check-in, but it doesn't show the boarding pass, it's not sent on e-mail, nor in the app

Activation link don't work. It impossible to activate an account and use the app. Scum

"Add to calendar" not working. Please fix. And show the gate for my flight when that information is available.

The application is a trash. It is untested, has a lot of defects. Check-in process failed 3 times before success. Any press on 'back' navigation button just puts you at the start asking again the reservation number, not to the previous screen, as it was expected! After finally successful check-in I wanted to view my boarding passes, I saw them shortly, then the application crashed. Same buggy app you had 2 years ago. I switched to a more stable web version. Will do it again. De-installing app.

The application doesn't work now. At all. Some time ago you could look for flights, and this is one and only option. It's useless, because you even cannot chat with their call-center, only check your reservations (not everytime correctly) and check available flights. Why do you need an app that's less convenient than the website. One more point, when I look for flight with mobile version of website, there are not flights available. When I use computer browser - there are flights.

Quite a useless app as you cannot save your boarding pass on it and the ones that i've got sent onto my email do not open as it'sa weird file. In the end, you do need to pri t your boarding pass. And you read all these reviews and they all say the samr, it is not really hard just to go and change it. Good luck. Dissatisfied.

What a terrible design!! how is this possible to miss the point of such a simple app?? Namely.. check in and display the damn boarding passes! check in ok, that worked, but to display the boarding passes.. do you need really need a dozen clicks to be taken to the browser where the passes displayed online. furthermore, why is the check-in still available after all passengers has checked in?... confusing. get another project manager or product owner..

Horrible and useless. Unable to store and retrieve any of your: bookings, boarding passes, tracked flights, or even account settings. Basically, a wrapper for the LOT mobile website, which is already horrible and does not store bookings or passes. Even apps from low-cost carriers EasyJet, Ryanair or Wizzair are better thought-through. Uninstalling.

One of the worst apps ive uaed on the app store. Extremely clunky check-in and e-ticket system. After 15 attempts I gave up and had to find a different method. Be prepared to have to restart check-in if you leave the app to check a number and for the e-ticket to fail to load after multiple attempts or the send to my phone option to send a file that cannot be opened.

How can you have an airlines app in 21st century that doesn't show you available flights in a scroll down menu? So if you choose departure airport, you got all destinations available no matter that LOT doesnt have those flight connections.

Absolutely the worst airport servis in the world (all the suitcase's are destroyed after check in) and the flights are often delayed! I do not recommend LOT in any case!

It's completely useless, keeps crashing and stopping without any reports. I'm sure national airlines could do better than that... I am very disappointed since I hoped that kind of app may be helpful in travelling solo, which is already stressful, but then all you can get is some barely working app...

Sadly, does not work! All would seem superficially the app looks good, but does not allow to even select dates others than on the same day. Don't bother with this app simply use a generic flight booking website on your laptop. . . .but please inform me if the app is corrected, we'd go to and stay in Poland more often instead of passing through.

Absolutely disgusting app and service. Check-in is asking some # that is not mentioned in the confirmation email. Had to use alternative method instead. I've entered my green card info, but it still requires visa information. Unable to check-in and to get electronic boarding pass. Had to pay extra for just 1 small suitcase on the intercontinental flight. 3 hours waiting on the phone to change flight dates because they don't answer emails for weeks. This is my 4th and last flight with LOT

Complete waste of time: 1) need to re-enter frequent flyer EVERY time at check in, despite it was added to my profile 2) need to re-enter ID details EVERY time 3) when you flip screen to find items from 1 and 2 above on your phone, it kicks you out of check in and you need to start over 😤 Easier to just login through web page. Useless app.

Very poorly designed and clumbsy to navigate. Crashes often. Required 3 attempts to get to check-in section but cannot save the boarding passes within the app! Hell, even UIA's app is better than this one. I hope the flight is better than the app!😣

As others have said, crashes when clicking on "Find Flights", and when I try to access information pages it gives an error. I also see that it was last updated two months ago. I'll be uninstalling and won't be wasting my time with this.

Not sure what happened with this app as I am sure I used it already to book flights but now it is useless. It is just randomly quits the app during the booking process. No error message, nothing, just throw you out back to the app launcher. I already restarted my device but still have the issue.

Totally useless app. I logged in with my account and cannot see my reservations. I need to enter reservation nr and last name to see my flights. What good is the login for then? I can do the same from the site. Right when at the airport i need to remember the reservation number. So practically need to print out the ticket to use the app!!!

Atrocious. Terrible. No option to store a QR boarding pass. Neither as Wallet pass nor as pdf/jpg/in-app. I basically have send an email with a standard boarding pass which needs to be printed. What if I don't have a printer abroad 36 hours within my return flight? No self check in at the airport for Lot. Every other airline has them.

DO NOT TRUST THE APP FOR CHECK IN AND BOARDING TICKET STORAGE. My boarding ticket within the app dissapeared literally at the boarding gate and was not visible anymore although I used it previously. I was only able to board the flight thanks to the nice people at the customer service who checked me from the system Awful app and absolutely not reliable

Absolutely useless app. Impossible to view boarding pass after checking in. You have to go through the whole procedure again in order to view it. Sure, I screensave the pass but the main thing it should do, it fails miserably at it.

Terrible user experience when trying to check in. Error message after entering contact and FF details. Nevertheless, appears data did save. Cannot work out how to save boarding passes in the app. Keep getting message "Boarding Pass not saved" Very frustrating experience.

there's one important thing we expect from this kind of app : to have the e-ticket ready to display after check-in. This one can't even do that one simple thing. trick: take a screenshot when its being displayed otherwise, you need to find your reservation again.

It's a glorified webpage which didn't work very well. For example, I want able to see the boarding pass from within the app. And that's the most important for me, next to online check in.

Useless. It just crashes when pressing "Find Flights". 4 months after. I would rate it 0 stars. Can't book. İt always crashes. Can't even view my account (sorry couldn't retrieve data, try again later).
