Not happy. Had a bad experience paying my one of my daughter's school fees. Transaction was shown as pending even though no money was debited from my account. However unable to make further fee payments and there was no response to a complaint logged through the app for nearly 3 months. Had to follow up with one of the branches to get this rectified but this has occurred again.

Most of the time it does not work properly and I have to go to the bank to make the fee of my kids directly. Today I updated it to the V3.0 version and from then onwards it is not at all opening in my Android phone and it is showing the message "BHIM LOTZA PAY keeps stopping". Below the message there is the option to close the app or to send a feedback which are very useless.

The worst app I have ever used. So pathetic... I used bhim lotza for paying school fees but when I changed to new phone, it's not allowing to register new mobile. Also there was some transaction in pending state. I contacted the support, but they are giving just auto generated bot response and it's not answering the question properly.

Logout is not working. Please fix it. No use of using the app then. Where is the security gone ?

App was working fine for few months.. But now when i open the app its not functioning.. its says its loading.. even after keeping it open for hours its not ready.. still loading... Tried many times. Nothing happened. I doubt federal bank is not interested in this app anymore as they have integrated upi facility in fed Mobile app.

I tried to configure the application almost 30 times... Charged 30 messages and never configured... Federal Bank should be ashamed for such a worst application. I don't see an option for 0 stars!!! 21/9/2021: Writing to the email below did not work. I see the last update was on some time in the march 29 2021. That shows how serious is your mobile team. Why federal Bank is still keeping the application in the playstore? Surprised!!!

# Multi attempts for each transaction # Time consuming # Problems pop up one after another I use this app only for fee payment.. Everytime After few failure attempts I had to delete the app n reinstall it. SMS charges goes on deducted three four times, then only SIM gets verified successfully. Kindly resolve these problems n make it user friendly 🙏

Useless app. Never went beyond let us get started. And does not work on wifi. Next you may specify which service provider's wifi to be used. Then you can specify min and max speed within which it will work. And add as many constraints so that it will nnever work by any customer at any time.

i've been using this for some time and its okay but i switched phones recently and now its not even leting me register, the apps says 'new registration are not allowed at the moment for' been happening for a whole week, Whats the point even in saying fast and easy if your app doesnt even allow me to get inside.

Hi Team, I have tried more than 15 times to register my phone number , each time the application is sending an SMS for confirming my mobile number. But still I am not able to register with your. application. It would great if you can rectify this issue or please change the authentication process

It crashes every 30 seconds! Edit: Didn't get any reply from the given email ID. Spoke to the banks Customer Care, who informed that the Lotza App has been discontinued and will be reintroduced at a later date. As of now this app is junk. Hope this helps others planning to download this app...

Latest version is the worst one. I tried more than 30 times. All the times it stops from "varifying sms" step. When i check my messages inbox, all the times receiving sms, but the app not detecting sms and again and again restarting.

Worst....Can't login on wifi....it is asking to connect to cellular network (mobile internet)

Worked few months ago. I've changed the mobile number linked with my bank account yesterday and it was successfully changed. But now, when I try to open the app, its not working. I've successfully logged in with fedmobile. Plz help me out.

This app is so annoying. I use it to pay my child school fee. I have changed my sim card and now registration is not happening. Worst app. Every time I charged for sms they sent through app. Remove it from app store if u can't handle it.

Very bad app, not working at all. Trying to register since last week but no success. Reinstalled twice, SMS verification is successful but not proceeding beyond that.

Used this app to pay fee for my child. This is one of the worst app. Not even allowing register to new device using same SIM once I changed my phone. Need lots of improvement.

V3.0 downloaded today and giving error of not able to connect to the server. With earlier version app was running smooth and paid School fee 3 times successfully. Other apps are working as expected.

Needlessly complicated.. why does sim verification works with fedmobile but not with the lotza. I am not able to make upi payments even using the fedmobile app. Says sim changed.. but fedmobile login works.. What is federal banks problem with WiFi? Did the wifi consortium screw the bank over or something? Cannot authenticate with wifi on? It was the same problem with fedmobile app till the new update..

It was a great app...For some reason after the server update the app crashes in s4 mini (KitKat 4.4.2).App crashes when trying to open (with/without internet) .Please do fix this bug asap.

Unable to register after installing the apps. Nos verified but after that showing no registration allowed. Tried many times but not possible. Worst App. Request Fedral Bank to correct this problem immediately. Unable to pay my daughter's school fee through this app.

Useless app. I installed it 2 times. And in the starting it sends sms from our sim and nothing happens and this trial goes on and for each sms we lose about ₹2.

Poor response, I have lost SMS charge 4-5 times, and I stopped trying to login into it. There is no option for entering credentials which I have used in old phone

Unable to install.. I have LG G5 with Android 7.0. When I install this app.. It gets stuck in first page.. i.e., Hello page where upon GET STARTED buttpn doesn't appear in screen. Feedback and screenshot already shared still no update and no improvement.

Useless to try to install this app. not getting actuvated even after sending a lot of messages from the mobile. The developers needs to notice that actiivation failure causes some amount of cash loss to the customer, which nobody will refund to the customer.

This is app is not safe. I used this upi id for IPOs, whenever I expect a IPO mandate I keep getting random mandates of very big amount, dated years before I even activated this upi id and for these mandates decline does not work. With 10 days follow up with customer care contacted me and assured these mandate will be removed. But nothing yet. Today I tried another IPO and same result. But IPO mandate was successful with gpay.
