My entire purchase history is gone. Everytime I click on orders it says "an error occurred". Please fix!!

App very slow to load anything and cannot even login anymore

I like the app when it works properly. Lately when I check out, my shopping cart no longer loads up and I cannot cash out. I have to end up going to the site in order to make my purchases

Can't login lately. It kept saying that access denied.

The app doesn't allow me to login for some reason. It keeps saying login failed eventhough I'm sure I use same password I use for the browser.

The app overall is good for its look and functionality. There is a glitch with recognizing my main wish list. I have to go to MyLV then go to "Shop" find the item again and then it recognizes the wishlist. It would also be great if there was an option for app feedback/issues/suggestions so then the developer would know faster.

There is absolutely having a problem loading the products for TOO LONG FOR LIKE HOURS when I'm browsing EVEN if I reset my phone, close the app and open it again, etc. Only 4 products are shown om the list or whatever category IT'S TAKING TOO LONG TO LOAD OTHER PRODUCTS. I. 👏 Am. 👏 Dis! 👏 Ap! 👏 Point! 👏 Ed! 👏 BUT when I use Google app your website works better and faster than this app... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ONNN.

It logged me off and now every time I try to log in it says login failed even though I'm able to login through the website

The app is good but the products are over-priced. I won't dare to give it 2 stars because there's always a problem (409 error, pls, try again) trying to submit registration details. Products like this is what competitors make second version (counterfeit/imitation) about and sell at cheaper rate. I think Louis Vuitton should try & beat down the price in order to get more patrons else I'm waiting for top magazines to list him as the world's most richest man...

I can't get the app to load. It keeps saying it needs to update but when I click update it takes me back and only gives me the option to open or uninstall. I've tried uninstalling and redownloading but it still says I have to update.

Love it!! Too bad lots of items are sold out.

Wrote to them regarding my purse and wallet that is completely ruined was purchased about 2 years ago no one has contacted me not even via email or phone number absolutely ridiculous it will never ever purchase ever again

Nice app! My only feedback is to work on the synchronization code between the app and online. My wishlist is never the same on both.

Especially during the pandemic, this app has been so much help. It is so nicely built and has exactly what I am looking for, every time.❤

Travel app not working, I bought to have my tickets and flight details but the app just sends me an error message when I try to add in anything. What's the point to have such an expensive watch just to do only what Google watches do??

Cannot sign in to app. I created my account and validated it on the LV website. But in the app, all I get is LOGIN FAILED ... please fix your app, I would like to use it and shop on it.
