This app used to be great. Now it closes out in the middle of running, take forever to load, and sometimes dosent even pull up half the time. Very inconvenient to have to continue to call or use and atm to see my balance because the app NEVER WORKS!
Experience been very good so far i had no issues with software only issue is that you can't pay other members with the app like PayPal or even other people they should partner up with PayPal and maybe add tap to pay this would put them deep in the game with an edge.
Super convenient, can make transfers to different members, check balances, all on the go. Good job creating this app because I always have trouble making it to the bank after work on Friday.
Simple to set up bill pay and transfers. I use it everyday with the snapshot feature on to keep an eye on balances and transaction history. ❤️💵
The app has worked great until last night's update. Now when I try to open the app I just get a white screen and then it crashes. Please fix this. I use this app on a regular basis. Thanks

This app is excellent. I love the fingerprint login. It gives me fast and easy access to my account. I can use this app for most of my banking needs. It seriously reduces the amount of time I spend at the bank.
I love almost everything about this mobile banking app. When I schedule to pay a bill through the app, I usually have to wait at least 2 days. I have to schedule to send money two days in advance. I wish I had the option or next day instead of 2 days.
Easy and convenient, online bill pay from app, and accountbalance at a glance. Only issue it may take up to a day to see new funds or recent purchases.
Something is wrong its not allowing to log on to check balances
Hadn't had a problem yet, and very user friendly, but now I haven't been able to open the app for well over a week. I messaged the bank and they told me I need to update my phone, there's nothing wrong with the app. 😡
App is horrible since the last update. Went into the CU and was told to unistall and then.install. I did that twice and it still has the same problem.
The latest update won't allow me open the app and keeps sending messages about the app crashing. Needs to be fixed!
Everything on this site is really quick & easy to get to. Navigation on any site has never been easier than on LA FCU.
The app just seems more easy to use .... Even better than getting on the computer! I like have everything at my fingertips at a minute notice.
The app is very good but the last few days its been crashing I need this fixed i have loans an credit cards I pay off this app can yall fix it asap I will give a higher Rating I cant even get to the home screen it just say app closed
This app keeps crashing. This happened 3 times trying to reinstall it but running very slow..

Convient for the most part. Some times it shuts down me and won't let me make transfers between accounts, but the most part it works.
I have had the app since inception.now it crashes will not open with the newest update. Ive installed it on 3 phones all the same result. Sad sad sad
App refuses to load more often than not. Try clearing cashe, fc app, reboot phone, uninstall then reinstall. Becoming all too common of an issue. Google pixel 2 xl Android 11.
love my credit union here it's a small local business so it's limited access, but it's pro are way better then it's cons ! I would recommend this to everyone. 👌🏼
Does just about everything you need, except only way to get funds to an individual is by check. Would be nice if LFCU had function to sent funds electronically directly to someone's account, like a son daughter or parent.
When it works it's great but after a while the app goes haywire and you have to uninstall & reinstall it over and over again....
