Every time I try to sign in its always under construction!! Its been since I got the App last year!!
Every time I go to use this app, it doesn't work. Always under maintenance. What's the problem? Why can't I get through?

I've had the app downloaded for 3 days and it consistently says the same thing that the app is undergoing maintenance. I've been waiting since February just to get ID cards. I was hoping the app would provide that but the app is obviously bogus!
