Can't seem to get the app to consistently report. I frequently receive "an error has occurred" message in small font at bottom after submitting. I also cannot login using my accela credentials, is the app still supported?
I appreciate 311 . I have had great success getting situations resolved and direction as to who to call also . 311 is a great service.
This app is now broken, and it appears that there will no longer be support for it. Metro Government of Louisville, KY should never had paid Accela, Inc. $2 million for a now-broken, useless app for an always broken, useless metro government infrastructure that does not serve its population or its constituents.
This new App makes it more difficult to report issues! This is not an improvement, just a way to avoid accountability under the guise of providing better service. Even the new website is useless! Thanks for nothing!
App doesn't work. Doesn't recognize any street address within the city. Therefore can't enter a request.
Don't waste your time with this app. Just call Metro 311. Status of issues are NEVER updated and complaints seem to be ignored. More wasted taxpayer money, great job Louisville.
I can't even get the app to load anymore. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still not able to open it

Great for updates around your neighborhood and if you need to reach the city about trash, graffiti, etc.
Easy to use and very informative. It's easy to submit problems as well

Loading screen when you first open the app won't go away. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and Factory reset my phone and nothing has improved
