After receiving the latest zoo magazine and reading that the app was fixed for member # issues I tried it again. it asks for your member id, last name, and email all of which are required fields. Several attempts were made and each one said there wasn't enough info provided to verify my member id. After that many attempts I uninstalled it again. very disappointing.
I had this app on my old phone, and it has no features other than providing a digital card, abs I had to go to the member services desk to even activate that. Now, however, the app will not even open. This app went from underwhelming to broken.
Won't open! When i first got ot back in August 2020, i had a heck of a time getting my membership loaded. So i had to being a print out of my membership. Then i finally got it up and now the app won't stay open. I click it and it closes instantly. I wish tney would go back to member cards at this point. Terrible app.

This app worked fine the other day. Now that I have a new phone and switched providers it won't open.

Recently downloaded the app because no physical cards are available during Covid and have not been able to log in at all. Constantly getting the message that a network error occurred. I never got an email with a temporary card, so visiting other zoos and receiving a discount is pointless.
