I'm trying to sign up through my android phone and I failed, as a part of signing up is choosing a residence and there are no options, thus I cannot continue my application. I hope you can fix it soon. PS. I used an iPhone and it has the same issue.
Nice app so far, but registering a new account is a NIGHTMARE, every time you shift apps to get info it completely resets the registration. I had to try like 8x and use a clipboard to complete the registration.
I had to reset my password to access the app. After that I was asked to validate my credit card but after putting the right information, the app throwns an error saying that I should put all my card details. Tried several times with no luck.
I've contacted customer service via the online app on numerous occasions and no-one contacts me to assist. I'm unable to find South African airports via the search option so basically the app is useless to me.
App asking for card details, even if I enter correctly it's giving same error. Send query to support team via email. For the past 24 hours no response. I saw many got same issue which is not resolved.
Gets stuck on card verification. Keeps saying my card number is required, yet it has already been filled in and saved by the app. Something wrong with your programming. Please fix it, and ensure you test please. Thanks.
My credit card can not be verified in the app and website. it doesn't say that what's wrong . Just that it needs crad details, but there's nothing with my details. I sent many emails withbno reply Could you please figure it out whats the problem ? and fixed it
A few weeks ago, the app received an update and I was asked to re-verify my Visa Signature card in the app. As part of the re-verification I had to enter my card details including my card number (which was already populated). I entered the required information, tapped Verify and received a notification that I needed to enter my card number (again, it wad already populated). I entered the card number as well as the rest of my details and received the same notification. Same issue on the website.
Slow and bad app. Been trying for WEEKS to verify my card. I add all the required details but still get an error message that I need to enter my card details. Useless
Absolute Joke. Creating an account is a nightmare and app does not work. They have the cheek to take £1 to verify your account that you cannot get into because the app does not work after they took your £1. Good money earner
Useless.Doesn't work. Full stop. Doesn't accept my credentials, doesn't allow me to create a new account. Delete the app and just to their website to find a longe.
Charged my card but cannot create an account. I tried to create an account with loungekey. It charged my card, but every time i get to the input option to select residence, there are no options available and I cannot proceed. I tried doing this on my phone, on the app, and even on my laptop and it doesn't work.
Why do you allow multiple usernames associated with 1 email account? Also, my card cannot be verified in the app. It doesn't say what's wrong, just that it needs my card details, but there's nothing with my details...
Destination Disaster: first, online experience works and the app is FUBAR. Doesn't see any UK lounges not one however on the website I see the terminal 5 lounge. Second customers support terrible I had to callback 3 times, twice being ignored but headset plugged in so could hear family convo in the background but ignoring the customer, hanged up on me. reading a script asking me to update when no update is available on the app store, then reinstalled, I did no joy. Not working FUBAR app
Dumb behavior of app! It's impossible to even register - when you switch to another app and back, it's showing start screen from the scratch, erasing all previously info and card data. Very unprofessional job.
I installed the app as a mastercard perk. I initially thought it gave free access and that guests cost £20. It turns out that guests are £30 and the card holder is £20. I didn't initially realise this and on entering the lounge I asked the receptionist if I would incur any costs. She said that it did not appear so and even printed me a receipt. I then received a charge of £20. I don't think this charge was made clear enough.
What a waste of time. Wasted so much time and effort to register and and then it won't let me log in or reset password 0/5. Mail sent yesterday with screenshot, no reply 0/5.
Update 18 April 2022. Flew from Dublin to Washington last week and no lounge was available in Terminal 2. Why on earth is your product and service so bad¡!!!!!!STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL...SHOCKING BAD SERVICE. Hard to get into lounges. International Airport not even open. Very poor and rude response from Loungkey when I called to enquire if and when it will be reopening.
Very poor application, Tried filling up details 10 times and still the error same the card number details required.
Doesn't work with City bank in Russia (debit city priority card with lounge key label). Tried to register bit app said that my card is not associated with the launge key programm. But it is! Registration forms not very convenient. Card number input field lacks of separators, like dash or whitespaces
Not bad. Since it is absolutely not predictable at what time it will be logged out, it is recommended to check in advance before you go to lounge. Or you can use just your plastic card itself. The registration is difficult, but it is working. Let see how it will work for the next year cycle.
Just browsing the app at the moment and so far it's so easy to use. I will be doing another review once I'm back from overseas.
Bristol airport closed and has been for over a year but still shows in app with opening times.
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE....The app I downloaded isn't showing the QR Code and only my Lounge Access Number. Due to this I have not been given access to lounge. I showed my card as well but the staff said they can't allow unless the app shows QR Code. What sort of an App is this !!!!
It's good overall but I would give it 5 stars if I can input multiple cards in same profile instead of creating many profiles if I have multiple cards.
Longe Key is a second to none facility. Hats off to this service and salutes.
Frustrating. The app cannot verify my valid HSBC card despite several attempts.

Completely useless app and pathetic customer service, been struggling for over a year
The update requires verification of the payment card details, yet when I enter it keeps throwing it out and keeps,asking to enter payment card details. I cannot access all new features - very frustrating. I have already emailed via the website under support/contact us, but to no avail. Frustrating
