Good app but not as easy to use as the previous Campanile app
Simple and efficient
No problem with the bookings used a few times
Total garbage can't change dates or save them not as good as old app which was easy to use and you had favourites saved. You can't do that now useless. Go Back to the Old App !!! How to loose customers in 1 easy lesson who ever thought of this app deserves sacking
Absolutely useless. Can't even register. "Email or password incorrect." Both OK. Except maybe email contains a "." Why don't people test their apps with real people before uploading them. Drives me nuts.
Hit the filter button and app shuts down. Search does not find any hotels in a large portion of northern France which I find hard to believe.
This app is very glitch, tried three times to make a booking & soon as I press confirm it tells me to enter an area code for my contact number even though I have already done this, it glitches & throws me back to the booking page.
Very slow. Extremely difficult to click the box for terms and conditions and some other check boxes.
Can only book one room. App will not let me close (flexible) booking. Had to go direct with hotel. Slow and clunking. 116Mb in my internal memory. Why?
Fantastic app.... easy to use. Fantastic Hotel. Always stay here with my two Huskies when travelling. Always receive A1 service from the staff. Won't stay anywhere else.
App didnt work, wouldnt accept sign-in because section to tick to join rewards programme didnt work. Let me know when the app is ready, not WIP!
Wow this is a bad app. No preselection of amenities and it shows non available places. Unusable Not usable.
Terrible The hotel have tried 4 times to register my point but there is no numbers they can register on.

I am member, I wanted to move one day ahead. The system ssked me the first time to remember my name, email...it asked me again, my carf etc
Very easy to use
Some of the buttons are very slow and it was hard to remove the keypad for the payment detail page to be able to make the final payment selection. All in all a useful tool when booking a trip. I can not understand why WhatsApp is blocked on the free wifi, as all my communication with friends & family is normally via WhatsApp?
