Love Island

This app sucks! I have had previous seasons apps and no issues. This one takes forever to load past the first screen, if at all. Pictures rarely load, videos either. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and that doesn't fix the problem. I also have noticed via the ratings, I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. You'd think by now a patch or update would have been done.

App is fair, but I think they should always have voting going on. Not voting that affects the game all the time, but always something to vote on! It just needs to be more interactive & more going on to keep people interested & coming back more often! I also hope the store is better than last year, because it did not have enough merchandise. What they did have looked cheap & overpriced! Sometimes, it feels like this app was thrown together just to say they have one. I love the show, though!

This app froze as soon as I opened it and continued to freeze 4 other times. The only thing I was able to do was the most recent quiz. None of the videos would load and I couldn't even scroll to look at things, because it froze every time! When it froze for the 4th time I was done 😡 This app should be an embarrassment for the developers. The main feature for this app is to be interactive with the show and if the app doesn't work then it's not interactive.

Great Fun! I can actually see the numbers change, after I cast my vote. I get a kick out of comparing my opinion with the rest of the audience. This app is fun, easy to use, but voting can be difficult for Low Vision users like me. I can't see Who actually is in those little circles. that I'm supposed to vote for. It'd be great to tap, and get a name with a larger picture and short bio. I took a star off because of this. This app definitely adds more entertainment to this show.

This app keeps changing my poll answers. I'm starting to think it's rigged. I answered 7 out of 10 questions about last night's episode correctly and then when I went back to look at my score it all of a sudden said I answered zero questions correctly. It could be a bug in the app but it's definitely not working right for me.

I have had the app each of the other seasons and it was good. However, this year the app just doesn't function. Takes forever to open, pictures don't open, and then it will close randomly. I keep checking back for an update to hopefully fix.

I was finally able to VOTE TONIGHT!! I've been trying to register to vote and it keeps tellin me there is a problem. Try again later. I'm also in the MTN time zone. Idk why it's not letting me register. I really wanted to tonight. My favorite couple is Chely and Jonny. But I think you need to fix the problems with your app!!

This is a fun app if you like to watch Love Island live & vote. It would be 5 stars, but I've had issues getting videos to play and once the voting wouldn't open for me even though I tried several times during the 30 minute window after the show ended.

Worst interactive app connected to a reality show. Every time there's a vote the app doesn't permit access. Fix the app or get rid of it. Makes watching the show when voting happens unexciting. Next year I'll change the station to another show.

This app sucks. It's the last vote and it kept telling me I had to register. I have been register and voting and all of a sudden I can't. It wouldn't except the verification code and I had to keep requesting and it wouldn't sent it. I finally get in and voting has closed. Are you kidding me.

We love the show,love that it comes on 5 nights a week!! I like how we can be a part of the voting for favorite couples and doing the quizzes. People that say they aren't being able to vote, not sure if they realize you can only vote up to 30 min after the show. So far the app works great! Haven't had any trouble!

I wish I could give it zero or less to be honest.. Voting should stay open for something until the episode airs, but I can see how that would make the editing manipulationdifficult. We should be able to comment on post. The choices given for polls are absolutely terrible, should be able to rate things with more that 2 choices

I wish I could get the app to get beyond a 70% download status. After reading comments of the 1-star reviews wondering just who is voting if they are unable to, I tend to agree with those who wondered if the whole thing is a scam. Earlier in this season, I even had the fleeting thought of wondering if everyone was a gifted actor because so many "lessons" were being learned, the entire show might be just a relationship primer, or video textbook modeling all the emotions which most folks hide.

😆THIS SHOW GETS 5 STARS! Im writing this review and only giving 2 stars because the app shuts down and closes as soon as it opens. this is an issue thats been constant. I havent been able to vote or show any support to this show that I love so much because of this technical issue. I couldbt be happier that a U.S. version is finally available here in the states. please fix this problem so people can show support to this awesome show thanks a bunch

This app is terrible. It was working ok at the beginning but now it will not let me vote. I registered and voted a couple times but then its asking me to reregister and the. Fails every time. I'm beyond frustrated and would like to vote but cannot.

I would give it a 0 if it let me. Stupid app! It won't allow me to register to vote because it keeps giving me an error. Makes me believe that love island is set up. Looking at other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one who is having the same problem. It pisses me off at those dummies who are giving this app 5 stars when they are having the same issues. We are not rating the show, we are rating this ridiculous fake app. For those who said to vote with in 30 minutes, It still won't let me.

I am struggling to like this season as much as last season. It seems like not as much is being shown like no Hideaway scenes, not enough competitions, not enough clips of personal interaction, etc... About all we are being shown is conversation & it is not as complete as it should be partially due to missing scene clips. Fans are left guessing what happened. Step it up or you will lose viewers & fans.

App does not function well. Takes 1-2 minutes to load up past the "CBS Love Island" screen. Photos don't render, just a blank space where pictures should be. Swiping doesn't work. Unable to vote in polls.

The app keeps loading and loading when I click to vote. I miss all voting due to this. All other aspects of the app work but when it is time to vote it never loads and I miss out each time. It isn't an internet issue as my connection is very fast and reliable at 239.39 mbsc on my phone and home 450-500. About to Uninstall the app all together.

This app worked great the last 2 years. This time it just spins constantly. When I try to vote it makes me re-register every time and then spins forever and times out. Very very frustrating

Every section of the app is stuck on "Lost Connection...Retrying". Unable to vote or really do anything in the app. Tried restarting my phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the app with no changes.

They need to fix voting outside of just 2 attempts to be able to register. Loved the app, but once it locks you out of voting for whatever reason...the app is plain superficial at best without having that voting interaction.

I like that you notify people that an episode is on, but you notify me of the wrong timezone so any time it shows me (the show is on) the show has already ended, allow users to fix that in app settings, or your app is pretty useless to me.

Just downloaded over 5 gigs of data over night last night while I was sleeping and it was backgrounded, not even open. Chewed through my data for the month. Woke up to a text from my provider and a warning on my phone.

I really wanted this to work. I'm loving this show. Get it together CBS. App kept shutting off completely & all voting was closed. One of the only parts that worked was the 'shop' button to purch merch. You could do more with this I think. Bios of the contestents maybe? I rooted for Alana in the end soley based on seeing on Wiki that she went to a college I'm connected to. Make this more relatable & interactive.

App sucks. Freezes alot, that is if it loads at all. Update...... Almost 2 weeks later and the app still sucks, can't vote when it is time to vote always says network error. Useless!!!!!!

Downloaded to vote, but can't vote. Registered my phone number, and it says I'm set and ready to vote. Paid for CBS all access to watch live to time my vote, opened the app right as the live episode ended, open the vote tab, but still get voting is closed. My internet connection is tested strong. I can access polls and all other parts of the app. Y'all playing with my emotions.

Wasn't a good experience with how to operate this app. Didn't seem like the data was current as far as the time schedule for that seasons show.

love this show ...but the "terms and conditions" hot pink link on voter registration page for SMS entry does not work...kept clicking nothing happened and I reloaded page and restarted the app, still will not open terms and conditions for use. also when i enter my number, it does not send the verification code, no matter how many times i tried to resend- i give up!

Never let's me vote. Sends notifications all day long, but when its time can't vote. Always says voting not open. I Uninstaller and reinstalled. Tried said I need to register, put in phone # and there's an error, 5 minutes, tried again...FED UP
