I have tried everything to open this app but it keeps crashing. I've even tried uninstalking and reinstalling and it makes no difference. Really frustrated as I can't take advantage of logging my loyalty points.
Why does a salon in a particular location tell you to use the app to book when that said salon isnt showing in the locations where you can book using the app? Do they not know this?
LOVE this app, looks fab and so easy to use! So simply to book appointments on and see availability, well done Saks!
App crashes when you try to look at bookings. Have tried reinstalling but it still crashes.
My local salon in Addlestone isn't even on it. It kept diverting my booking to a branch much further away.
Broken - I cannot book an appointment, it gets stuck on trying to find available times

Doesn't have any salons in Scotland for some reason. Useless for me in that case.
The salon in Halifax is amazing and the staff are very friendly. However the app is very poor and keeps crashing whenever I try to save details, look at appointments etc. Seriously needs fixing. Very disappointed with the app.
