hye... I uninstalled my lovebyte before because of some problems.. but then after I installed it back I can't log in into my old account.. i think i may have forgotten my password.. and I have requested for it to send the verification to my email few times already but it never did... please help me to sort this ASAP tq.. I've been using this app 1 year plus already..
Great app, but when i opened the picture there is need long time. Notification on room chat also not on, the notif only on if my partner send or comment a picture. Then i hope notif for room chat can on if i receive a message and we can know when the chat has send or readed. Thx u .. i really hope this app can upgrade better ASAP because i really happy use it.
Its a good app at first even there is unstable here and there at times. But today is worst as it did not load and i can see nothing not sure what's the problem. Please let me know the problem or fix it Thanks and i will give a other review
Been using this app for a year plus and it's been getting buggier since late last year. I can't even load the app as all it gives me are blank pages, already sent an email about this and no reply at all. At least let us access our photos so we can backup them up ourselves if you aren't gonna continue improving this app. P.S. Will only change my review once this is fixed. Shame that this app used to be pretty good.
I can't even log in to my account. I've tried to reset the password but there no incoming mail from this apps. please help me out to sort out this problem. I don't want to lose all those moments from 5 years ago
Used to use this way back when it first launched, and it was a cute way to stay in touch with my then-girlfriend (now fiancee). We recently decided to revisit the app only to discover that it was a lot buggier than we remembered. Resetting passwords via email didn't work because the emails simply never arrived. Recreating an account was as simple as linking one's Facebook which was great! However, we could not link our accounts with each other, even though we both were already on the app.
My partner doesn't use this app so it's impossible for me to have notifications. I had NONE and I bet you will MISS your important days with this app. It refuses to open without Internet, even when I just want to view the days, very unnecessary. Complicated UI.
l love this app and have been using it for over a year but I am now unable to use it at all because it just says 'lovebyte has stopped working' and then crashes :( I can't get into my account at all even to retrieve pictures. Please, please update this app as it is amazing..
It keeps saying that the server is not working/slow. Please solve this problem Lovebyte. Me and my gf has been using this app for years.. and we really value the app. So please fix the issue. From Malaysia.
It's super slow. It takes time for messages to send, you have to wait for it for a while to finish "lovebyting." The problem is not on my internet since I am able to use other apps at a good speed
It is a great applications for us. But i dont know why the notification didnt pop out when there is new update or message from my bf. And the passcode doesn't work. I did double check with my settings, and the result is the same.
It's feels unpolished and the loading and server time is too long and slow respectively.
It's a very cute and cool apps BUT me and my gfr couldn't received any notification. I'm using Android 7.0 and her is Ios 10. Everything else work perfectly fine but this issue is very annoying!
I rated this 1 star, however the comment was removed for unknown reason. this app doesn't work anymore, or the developers website. They just shut down without any notice. didn't give us a chance to backup. totally unacceptable.
I love it. But once I change phone, I can't reconnect it through my new phone. I press "forgot password", however, do not receive any email related to reset password. Pls solve it. Thank you

I've had this app for years. I just got an iphone and while switching over. I've noticed it isn't accessible on the App Store US. Please make it available.
Lots of bugs. 1. Chat never picks up from the recent convo always top of screen. 2. Notifications don't disappear unless you access the app through the notification. 3. Laaaaaaaaaag severe lag 4. Crashes on Android Nougat 7.0
Timeline does not fully load. It stopped on yesterday's date and I can't scroll to older stories 🤔😑

Please fix it. Can't open it now. Used to be so good. I dont even receive any notifications anymore. Neither does my partner. Please fix it. I love this app very much.
After i have upgraded my LG G5 OS, the app has not been functioning properly. There is no alerts when messages come in. Took more than 5 seconds to send a message. And when i finally manage to get in and see an unread message, the error "lovebyte has stopped running". Please fix!
