Lovense Connect

This app is not easy to understand. I'm good at computers and it took me several hours to understand how the chrome extension was supposed to work. There's a lot of steps but the instructions are pretty good and the support is responsive. Overall it does what is promised and it reconnects frequently no matter how much I try to fix it

Ensure that the user with the physical device has a decent wifi/internet connection and you're good to go... and go... and go 😏 I love this product. Would absolutely love to try some of the other connectable devices in this range. Good fun for all 💙

All the people complaining about disconnections don't understand the limitations of wireless technology, i.e. Bluetooth. If it disconnects while it's inside you... you do NOT have to take it out to reconnect. You are having other issues. Check your router's Bluetooth coexistence and other WiFi settings before complaining about the app and giving one star. The only problems we've ever had was leaving the room the phone is in. Take the phone with you. Problem solved. 5 stars.

Been having problems with connecting this my pc every single day . Some days it works but most days it doesn't. Beyond frustrating

It's time for you guys to do something about the CONSTANT stream of disconnections that occur every single time this app gets used. Common guys, time to patch this so it works properly. Surely you can understand the frustration many of us are experiencing. Why can other apps stay connected via bluetooth constantly but this can't?? As I write this its disconnected 3 times. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!!

Can't log in or access any of the real features of the app because it demands I scan some QR code. I'm on a new phone and I've long since discarded the box, hell I don't even remember a QR code in the first place. It doesn't matter if the app is great if I have no way to access it. - edit - apparently the QR is in the browser extension, which I have never used. Would be nice to be informed of that WITHIN THE APP THANKS. You get one extra star and mby a third if it's great when I use it.

Had no issues with my and my ldbf first time using this with spectacular results. Would recommend for any long distance relationship!

Of course it's compatible. Google some guides or ask someone with tech knowledge to help you out when you get things like this. There's always, even when the doesn't have native support for - - - - - ALWAYS, a fix or workaround. also.... Most of the times it's a user error. So make sure (which is hard without tech knowledge for things like these) to read up. On Bluetooth tech, how it works and related matters. It's on YOUR end 90+% of the time so stop blaming lovense prior 2it

Can't connect in streamate.. been working for 9 days now how to connect. Waste of money and time. I'll return this toy. Ughhh

Toys are great! But as many others have stated, CONSTANT dropped connections. Wife had to run to the restroom in a local store because it disconnected while being on full go. I've had a toy in one hand, phone in the other, and it won't connect. Great concept, poor execution.

This is not at all what I thought 100 plus dollars would get me. it was great at first now it won't connect to Bluetooth. won't vibrate when I get tipped. it's messing with my money. everything was fine until you guys got a bug in your system and ruined it for us cam models. What's the point if we can't even connect it?!

This has got to be the BIGGEST rip off I've ever come across in my industry. The cost of the product that is targeted at a particular industry and it just disconnects constantly. I have to remove it constantly to reconnect it. I have lost BIG money due to the terrible terrible performance of this app. Uggghhh. Beyond angry.

DO NOT BUY. Lovense toys and apps have too many issues to work, even if spending hundreds per toy is no problem for you, you'll just end up frustrated. Support is slow and hard to contact, if you have an urgent issue forget it. I also have issues getting signed out at random times over and over, sometimes the toy wont connect at all for days, the apps are really sketchy and buggy especially on desktop. It spends more time disconnected than connected when in use. Will update if issues get fixed.

this was working great until the bug fixes. Now the QR scan code won't work at all. This app works great through my cell phone with the QR code but definitely not my tablet after the update. I will make do though. I have sent an error report.

Can't do any of the promised actions. I bought a lush 3 and can no longer generate control links for either my 3 or 2 as well as having severe issues with actual tip vibrations without a lot of trouble shooting. That was an issue with my lush 2 as well. Overly priced for the product. Thank Gnesz they were paid for by customers.

Worst app ever. I cant believe i spent over $100+ on something that won't stay connected. Save yourself thr time and money and get a Kiiroo. I have lost so much money and so many followers from this. Edit- I contacted their "support" (if that's what you want to call it) and was told I would get a resoponse in 24 hours. Almost 48 hours later and STILL NO RESPONSE! If I could give this less than one star I would! I am very tech savvy and this is ridiculous.

I've tried to get them to send a replacement and theyre asking me for my cam site username and screenshots as well as my computer OS and 5 other questions. Theyre giving me the run around cos the Lush 3 I bought's bluetooth is terrible and it wont stay connected or send tips through the queue. Still waiting for a refund or replacement. I'd pass if I could but already bought it. Very disappointed.

Just purchased my lush and I'm not even able to use it with this app. It constantly disconnects. I mean constantly. It is extremely frustrating. Spent a 100 quid. I am incredibly disappointed.

Started having issues with the app and connecting to the lovense browser. Have sent messages to support but no response after weeks. With this finicky of an app and browser the least they could do is respond to troubleshooting messages.

Alright app. You should understand from the features that this app version is intended for cam models. For play with a specific partner and the normal remote use the blue colored app. They're both official, as the company has cleared up - thank you.

So far I feel like my kush purchase was a big waste of money and time I spend trying to get the stupid thing to stay connected. I had wanted o e a long time and finally saved up money to get it, only to be grossly disappointed. I do t have a lot of money, the fact I had to save up to get it only for it to not work properly.... Huuuuuuge disappointment!

Great when it works. But it's usually very hard to get it to connect. And then when it finally does it drops out every few minutes. Given that there are SO many people complaining about this issue, you would think Lovense would do something about it.

Can't connect swiftly. It disconnects and i need to pull it out to manually connect it. The app is so poor. Tsk! I can't broadcast because it suddenly disconnects while tips are coming

Its sometiming. Sometimes it works for me to connect to cam, and other times it doesn't aant to connect, but the toy works fine. I guess this app needs to be updated.

Lush won't upgrade, won't connect, keep insisting there's a cam or something?? Now it's unusable!! I think I will cry 😢
