Lovense Remote

Love the toys and the long distance control (I have the Max). The only thing I dislike is that you have to stay in the app to keep the toys connected. If you leave the app for too long, it disconnects them and you have to reopen the app to reconnect... That being said, if any women are interested in playing together, my user is Arkansas_Fountain :)

Removed 3 stars because of recent app changes that have made it so you can barely do anything with long distance play. Can't use music over distance anymore which was one of my favorite things to do. The app still seems to have some connectivity issues but nothing that can't be explained by simple signal block because the antenna being block by thighs. Over all good for at home control but that's it.

Amazing for long distance and foreplay. This app is amazing! Has helped me a ton in my relationship and is a great and safe way to send pics or audio when not using toys. The toys are also incredible and can be used either a partner or solo. There is so many ways to have fun and the interface is user friendly

We love our Lovense toys so the app is a no-brainer! Its easy to use and I have never had any problems finding and connecting with toys. I wish i could be using other apps while the remote runs in the background (like web browsing.) Would love to have a section within the app to meet new friends. Overall works great!

I have three different items. They don't like to connect to the app which is very difficult and frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled added and deleted each item multiple times and even restarted my phone. I've checked for firmware updates, if it was just one item I would activate my warranty but since it's all three I'm guessing it's the app.

Toys are hit or miss on how well they connect/work. I have yet to have a toy make it through its 1yr warranty without being replaced. App is buggy - doesn't always retrieve conversations, logs out due to "data error" or loses toy connection. Has potential but a long way to go when the solution is to always lose your chats and just reinstall the app every few months.

App is trash we keep having to jump through hoops to make the app work from clearing chat to completely reinstalling the app. Sometimes theres nothing to do and the app will just stop working, very frustrating when you get close and then have to take a 5-10minutes break to figure out whats wrong with this app. Concept it great, app itself it terrible but sadly theres no way around it we have to use this app.

Disappointed. The last 7+ updates have only had connection issues with constant disconnects over the multiple toys we have. Poor connection again and again. Fix it please. ☹️ You still have not fix things. You keep adding ads and not fixing the core features in your app.

Since update my video calls won't work with my my Galaxy plus ear buds. I have sound for like a minute and then the sound is gone. Even check that it wasn't my ear buds by turning on spotify before ending call and spotify worked but still not sound in call. Hang up and call back same thing sound for about a minute then nothing.

This gets a solid one star. Defective product. Poor app development. And you have to answer a ton of questions and go through really irritating troubleshooting. did you delete all your Bluetooth devices, reset your GPS service to troubleshoot? What email are using to log in? Yes it took you guys forever to get back to me by the time you answered I've looked up all of the issues and troubleshoot them. You guys could learn from Jlabs... contact them. Ask them to help yall with your bs process.

It's OK, needs It's own remote. Doesn't like to connect. Don't really want my phone in bed getting lube and body fluids on it. Should say on box you have to use your phone. Products half the price come with thier own remote. Also, why does the app need access to my media files? Disappointing. Would be five stars if it had it's own remote.

Does not work since update. Connects, but doesn't let me actually open any type of control panel for the toy. Stuck on the toy list, unable to use the app for its intended function at all. Also, why would this app need access to my mic, camera and contacts? I don't use or want to use the in-app pivture sharing service. Edit: previous version of the app(the one shown in the screenshots in the listing of this app) worked great. Some connecting issues but nothing serious.

Great app, but reliant on bluetooth so it does have some issues where it disconnects (kinda often- but a quick fix) which can of course ruin the moment fron time to time. But overall, it's great, has a lot of options, and an absolute hero for long distance relationships.

Its a great app for both short range and long distance use of their toys. I've been a long term user now for a few years. Unfortunately, the most recent update has broken the app for my older phone.

Frustrating. Have had these over a yr and my experience is, they Won't connect to the phone at least half the time. Spend more than 15 min just trying to get the device to connect to the app. Long distance control is great when it works but tends to lose connection at the worst times. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Updated all permissions, still won't connect to the app at all anymore.

App worked great for about 2 weeks after I got it. Now I keep getting error messages trying to connect to my long distance partner but even with my own Spotify account. Very annoyed as the toy is now not what I paid for. Feeling very ripped off. Developers, please fix these bugs!

I love it so far and I've had it for a while, but I cannot connect any toys. They act like they are connected with the light signals, but aren't connected at all. I've reinstalled the app a bunch of times and tried a lot of different things but nothing works. Only thing keeping it from 5 star

The app is okay, not great, not horrible. The biggest issue I believe is in the hardware. The Lush 3 disconnects far too often. By comparison, it's competition We-Vibe (I use the wand) never disconnects, even moving to a different room. If I sleep with the Lush in, with the hopes of my partner waking me up with a vibe, I can't rely on Lush for it. I would also like to see more options for patterns by default. Lovense has half the ones that We-Vibe has. Also, longer patterns.

Disconnects all the time. Cannot use with mobile data at all even when you have full signal strength so have to be at home to use anyway which defeats the purpose. Very disappointed. Will not purchase products from here again. A lot of money for a toy that doesn't do what is says. I could've saved a fortune and just gone battery operated with a text from long distance telling me to activate. Just poor design. Poor connectivity if you are looking to spice things up long distance.

Great app but absolutely would not recommend the Lush 3 to anyone. Ive had mine for maybe 6months and it is always disconnecting within 5min. I cant wait to get something else. This was enjoyable at first but now is an absolute waste of money. :(

So far nice, delivers what promised. Would be nice to be able to connect Youtube Premium like Spotify, and to save, maybe edit live sessions as patterns as well. Overall great experience.

This would be a higher rating except one of the major functions in the app, the ability to sync to music flat out doesn't work even when following the directions to put music files in the specified directory and I'm not about to pay for a third party app, Spotify, to add this gated functionality. This would be easily fixed by the ability to browse for music files.
