It is too hard to create accounts. Too hard to login though the "error" problems, and won't sync remotely . We have to restart several times to get it to allow us to send messages and by then it loses connection with the toy. Disappointing app.
Despite the website saying to download the other app, this worked once I finally got it going
Login in is a pain. It says nickname or email but it won't work with the nickname.
The app won't let me create an account stays on submitting but never does anything will probably be taking the toy back to get something the wife is I can use.
I can't get it to connect after 2 days. I've emailed support with no answer.
Where the f*** is video chat, this app needs a video chat option asap!
Downloaded and installed app on phone created 2 accounts and cannot log onto either one. Suppose to be a chat function within the software but can't find that either. Buyer beware good concept bad software for Android. This was not well thought out before sending to market. Expensive for a less than adequate product.
Used in public twice, the app will disconnect from the toy when the phone is further than 2 feet.
Use this app a lot and love what we are able to do with it and a few drops of imagination !!
This app is pretty great as an idea and the toy connection stuff over the internet is great but there are a lot of small things missing. For example just two categories, recent and most liked. Also an easier way to connect to people and search for them. Also this app is crashes, constantly!! It's really annoying when you are in the middle of a session and it suddenly stops for a lot of different reasons like sending voice message EDIT: with the new update I can't open the chats anymore. It just crashes then
I think this is a great idea and it worked great for my hubby and I... once. It won't connect to my phone anymore. Disappointed because we would use this all the time if it worked! Bummed..
the new update shut off every time i open the manual control and tells me exit or restart the app
3. New toy support << what is the new toy?!
Hello, I bought this toy so that it could pulse with music but it basically just stays on all the time as long as there is any sound whatsoever. Please fix the app so that it pluses with bass. Or have the sensitivity adjusted so you can set it lower. It shouldn't stay on all the time that there is any background noise. Other functions seem to work fine. Devices used, iPhone 6s, nexus5, iPad mini 2

I love it when it does work but it loses connection at the worst possible times. I received this as a gift and not sure how to go about getting it fixed if possible
When I connect my hush and log out to I dont see the explore mode
Worked as advertised but since last update on google play it has major connectivity issues bluetooth to android phone. The only way it stays connected it has to be a foot from lush. Didnt have this problem before update.
Pairing worked, ambient sound as well, but synch to music does not.
Just bought the thing and it looses connection constantly. It's really a big disappointment.
I like the app I wish you had a way to send patterns privately or if you could combine both apps together it would be the greatest app but until then only 3.5 stars
The app does not connect Bluetooth it allways searchs. There is no live help option for you to trouble shoot your problems. It takes a email 24 to 48 hours for help. This is not a good item for long distance only good for manual solo play. Waste of time and money. No 1800 number to contact for help. Don't buy it's a scam.
Just what I hoped for. Only wish is for more customisation on how it reacts to sound/music based on pitch as well as volume etc.
App and Hush worked great for few days now it disconnects and won't reconnect unless turn off and back on. Does this every 5 to 10 minutes
Loses signal all the time. Wanted to try it out in public but the signal would cut off as soon as she put her pants on.
